My box got delayed by about a month and the customer service woman was so helpful, apologetic and very fast to correct the error and get me a new box
Very simple and effective communication. Quick and painless resolution while displaying a genuine empathy for the situation. My robe was missing its belt, and they offered to send a replacement robe without the hassle of shipping the one that was originally sent back to them. There weren't a million questions asked and I appreciate the single communication resolve. Can't even tell you how happy I am with FFF's customer service! Out of my 8 subscription boxes FFF is always the one I look forward to because they have the best items... wish that there was a monthly box!

I was giving a gift card but accidentally ordered in an amount smaller than what I wanted to give. Your Customer Service Rep was able to cancel the first order and help me get back to where I could place a second order in the amount that I wanted to give.

The last two boxes I ordered have been surprise boxes. I haven't used or liked any of the makeup products. Trying to get rid of them on ebay since there r no returns. I received a box today and the creme is coming out of the top of an item and I was transferred from person to person on chat line. Then they hung up.

I've been a FFF customer for about a year. Absolutely love the product, user experience, etc. I upgraded to an annual membership finally and had an issue with a promo code. I contacted FFF customer service - they responded within 24 hours, resolved the issue and really made my day with how positive the rep, Sandy, was. Highly recommend as they really take care of their customers!

Adam helped me tremendously with a mistake I did. He went over and above his duty!
So I had a charge on my card for an extra annual subscription and had no idea what happened until the 190$ was taken from my account, I freaked and when I called customer service the women I spoke with was incredible, she figured out the situation immediately and refunded my money right away, she made it so easy and was so amazing! I love my FFF boxes, They're awesome!

I have been trying out FFF for 2 seasons. I have had issues with delivery with both. However they have been great with remedying the issue. I will say the one box (spring) was a bit underwhelming. I'm gonna try FFF until the end of the year. I'm hoping the boxes will be getting better from here on out.
Well I ordered a Box because it's special to me in my daughter that we have something to do together because she has cancer and may be not very left on Earth And we are staying very positive and this is a way to spend some time and get a wooded we get over Box today and it makes her happy and it makes me happy scene she's happy. The when you're getting doubles of things good in your Box and it's not the things that you big you get very disappointed I am glad I took the time to make a telephone call and spoke with somebody That was very compassionate And is not about the product it's not about the money is the boat make you my daughter happy and gaining double products and not getting our regional order that she picked made me very upset But I got to speak to a human and he was very helpful

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
