I made a hugh mistake in the ordering of the boxes and was charged for way to much that I didn't want. I didn't understand what I wasbdoin due to not being on the website itself. I recommend goin to the true website and not thru an ad thru Facebook. If you should have the need for customer service they are truly the best I have dealt with in a very long time. They will continue to get my business because of that. Feel secure in ordering an if anyone has trouble feel secure in the fact that they will make it right.

One product out of five boxes I fell in love with. Unless annual membership you have to fight to personalize boxes with inventory. Not a service or products for me most the time so not worth the extra expense. Customer service is wonderful everyone though. If it's for you, definitely do it

I needed to cancel my annual subscription and the customer service person, Bernice, was pleasant and professional in addressing this issue. I would consider reactivating in the future if my circumstances change.
Had a defective product that had spilled in my Summer box. Notified customer service at 2 am. Zeb did a wonderful job and was very patient as I uploaded photos of the problem. Replaced the itme with something that I was very happy to receive. Even with the mail service being slow amid the Covid19 problems, I received the replacement in less than 3 weeks.

I am very satisfied with the customer service at FFF. Somehow my box didn't get sent and customer service was able to resolve my issue. They are friendly and willing to help.

I know things have been drawn out and Covid-19 has thrown everything into a tailspin but please just be patient and understanding. People are losing their jobs and their lives, so deliveries being late seems very low on a very long list of things to worry about. But the company is working on it and trying very hard to keep everyone happy, so please just be patient and kind everyone.

Very efficient and great items. Very much recommend.
CS is always helpful, but Fabfitfun as a company needs some help. I have been with them a year but have cancelled due to too many issues. Order items and told later they are not available. Don't ship correct number of items ordered, charged wrong amounts and have to be credited, when time to customize each season boxes the system crashes and items are sold out. Enough is enough.

I signed up for the yearly subscription and I am ready to get 3rd box.
I canceled the Auto renewal for next year yesterday due to personal reasons.
Today should have been add on sale for me a perk of doing yearly membership but now being told due to me canceling my subscription for next year I no longer am able to enjoy any of the perks I payed extra to have for this year that I have paid in full already.
Not understanding why I am being penalized for something that I pre-paid for a year only canceled next year's subscription that hasn't even started yet.
I paid to have a year worth of perks on this and now due to me not wanting to do it again next year they are talking away all of this years perks that I paid in full for.
Also always had trouble logging on to system when time to customize my box, they alway say due to high volume and they are working on it... well hello you don't know how many subscribers you have and can't get system that can accommodate for all your customers?
Box is ok kinda fun and did get to try out things I wouldn't have under normal circumstances but just feel not worth the price and Customer Service isn't much help just say " Sorry" a lot and don't really resolve anything.
For the money and hassle I would pick different company

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
