FabFitFun is a great company. There is an operable customer service line that helps customers. The wait time is very descent especially during covid 19. I need help ordering my $5 Starter Subscription box that I won via Instagram. The issue was resolved and I am a happy customer.

I tried to add during my customization and hit an error. I sent an email and my item was added. Every time I need help my request is handled. Fab fit fun wants happy customers!
The products that they have for customization are repeats. I live in Canada so the money that I am paying its not worth getting dulicate products also the eyeshadows are not meant for my skin type. Its meant for more fair skin not dark skin.

FabFitFun is the best subscription I've ever had. Full size products and so many things I would've never bought at the store but always want to try- that's what's in theses boxes - they have such great stuff... love the different seasoned things...

I never have or have had any problems with FFF. Their customer service is always great and I love trying things that I usually wouldn't get for myself. People say they are slow to ship things but I think they are great.

Aside from the fact that I love the entire concept of FabFitFun in general and always look forward to opening my box like it's Christmas morning, FabFitFun also has super helpful customer service. When I have used the chat option (a few different times) to talk to a rep about various questions I have, they always respond quickly and kindly. No complaints here. Great service.

I used FabFitFun for 5 shipments. The items were good and worth the $50. Many of the items were given as gifts. There were a few too many facial sprays.
THEN the Summer 2020 Box happened. I was billed May 27 and now on August 5 I do not have my box, even though I've checked on it several times. And have "tracked" it more times than I can count. It was never shipped. Each follow up was met with "no problem, we are behind" and was painful.
Finally, after a 45 minute hold on a CHAT, I requested a refund and was told, "Chimney N: Though all FFF purchases are considered final and nonrefundable, I will go ahead and process a refund for your Summer Box." WHAT?... I can't get a refund for something that hasn't left your business after 2 months.
I was not treated fairly and was lied to many times. I can't do business with a company who treats me poorly.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
