I contacted FabFitFun due to an order I placed and thought I would have the money to cover, unfortunately due to bills and things of that nature I was not able to cover that bill in full. There were still certain items I wanted, so when I called customer care I asked if they could takeoff an item or two to get it to a reasonable price that I could afford and safely continue my week with the money that I had. I spoke with a woman named Shelby who is 100% AMAZING at her job. My issue was resolved in a very quick manner, end of any customer care services I've ever called this is been the most pleasant experience.
They are always quick to help with any problems or questions I may have. I am always excited for my next box to arrive! Completely recommend!

I signed up for the most expensive plan- but have had nothing but problems. First of all, the links on the website do not work for tracking a package or seeing what is inside the box. Second, I was never provided with an opportunity to customize anything- when I contacted customer service, they did not address any of the issues with the website, and told me my email address was incorrect- after quite some time she was able to fix it- she first asked me to do so but AGAIN the website would not work correctly. I tried again today, the website is still not working- so... I've spent a bunch of money and time, and in return, I'm getting a box that I didn't get to customize (although promised I could), and I can't see what's inside it or when it's coming. My experience so far has been terrible.

I had a billing problem so I searched and searched online on how to solve it... I tried the suggested online solutions to no avail I got more notices I searched for a human to speak with but again it was hidden or put in a location that was hard to find. Finally I found the number, called and got a human to help me. I wonder why it was so hard to find the number? Why was it not put where a normal person could find it... both times I tried using the online chat the first time a name appeared no one came into chat, the second time the person tried to help me but obviously did not since I had to do another search to locate a number where I could speak to a human being!

I love FabFitFun. My daughter introduced me to them about 2 years ago. I never do anything for myself, so this was my opportunity to be good to me. I love the surprises once a quarter along with the little things I get to order for myself.

This is my most favorite box that is out there now! It fits me perfect tho they need to remember to check personal profiles before they ship it. I get kitchen items I don't want, and other things that so ain't me. The box is for me, so I feel like it's not as personal as it should be. But everything else I get or add on myself is awesome! But they need a under 5$ and a under 10$ option so I can shop for stocking stuffers!

I emailed after having signed up for the annual subscription and then realized I'd missed the special annual subscribers customization and add-on dates. Not willing to leave it all to chance, I was bummed, but figured I'd just have to cancel or pause and start some other time. And it's taken me a long time to sign up this time. Maybe that would be a year again when I got around to it. What I didn't expect was Celeste, her fast and very personal/kind email back, as well as the offer to put in my customization requests by hand for me to keep me on. Whhhaaaaaattt? Where does that even happen any more? So so so nice. And so rare. It makes me really excited to subscribe to this company.

I'm a new annual member and was excited to customize my Winter box. I realized I forgot my password. I just knew there would be nothing left if I didn't hurry... I got immediate customer service and reset my password. My worries were over and selected each of my face for my Winter 2020 Box. I'm so excited. Like Christmas early.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
