As a Select Member, I wrote in to inquire if they sent an email about customizing because I didn't recall getting one. She let me me know one was sent and when and that it may have been may have gone to my Spam. Regardless, Zam offered me the opportunity to select (2) additional items since I missed out on the chance to customize my box. I certainly didn't expect that response since the box I received was already so amazing. It's service like this that FFF will keep me as a customer. Thank you!
I have had a great experience though. I got one box as a gift and ordered for myself the winter box 2020 with my own customizations. The one time I reached out for help, they answered my questions within minutes.

Briefly, I had not received either the customization or add-on emails for my Winter box - I didn't get to make my choices. After contacting Fab-Fit-Fun, I received an immediate response, not only acknowledging they had received my email, but were working on a possible solution. They continued to work through the solution with me, always maintaining contact, and, ultimately, resolved the matter in a very short time, to my COMPLETE satisfaction. Their contact person, Moon, was courteous, pleasant, very positive, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her. We need more positive, helpful people like her helping us.

I had IT issues and I sent an email yesterday. They got back to me early this morning with a resolution that was clear and easy to do. It fixed it immediately and I needed no more help. It was freaking great!
Thank you I've been requesting to speak with someone for sometime now. At least a month or 2. If I indeed get a call today that would be amazing. So far only received my trial box, had an issue on my first real box (didn't receive it) but they fixed it when I contacted them.

I've had two positive experiences with FabFitFun: first, (as a non VIP member) I never customized my box for 2 seasons. On my third season I was incredibly disappointed with my box. I felt the values wasn't there with the items, so the team granted me VIP access to choose my next box.
Secondly, I lost an item from my box that was devastating to me as I instantly loved it. When I asked if it could be charged to my next box, they told me they would send me a new one for free. PLUS, communicating with the team is incredibly pleasant and there is a sense of community that they have nurtured among box subscribers.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
