I have an issue with the FFF mobile app that didnt allow me to customize my winter box. When using the live chat feature to have this corrected and get my box sorted I got nowhere after 40 minutes of going back and forth. I decided to call into customer service and was expecting the same feeble attempts to remedy the issue, but to my surprise Clark, my customer service rep, was so helpful right away! He understood my frustration and helped me right away. He apologized for the issue and for the other rep although both of those experiences were beyond his control. He represented the company very well and now i can confidently say that fab fit fun has excellent customer service.

Very good conversation answered my questions Seems like an awesome product, The rating was 4 stars as Ali mislead the product saying you could choose 8 items she didn't say there was a catch for that I was very disappointed. I ordered the first shipment if I am un happy I will cancel future shipments.

I was having issues signing into site and with ordering a box for my daughter. I chatted with a staff online and they were kind, quick, and helpful. That is what makes a fine business. Oh, and the products are so fun!

I have had two items arrive to me damaged and both were replaced with no problem. I had an expensive order that was lost in transit and they quickly refunded my money. I have ordered a ton from FFF and rarely have any issues. Just 3 with hundreds of items purchased! The products are great quality and I love the variety!
I have been with FabFitFun for a year now. This is one box I truly get excited for each season. My husband even knows which days are sale days and selection days as I must be home. My first experience with their customer service team was the Winter box. A response was provided within hours and they handled the concern right away. It's hard to find that level of customer service nowadays. Excited to be a member and would recommend this box.

I got covid in April and recovering from till now it damage to lungs. But I hope find cute to help breathe better o 3 inhaler. 3 med in my nubulizer and 2 shot every 2 weeks to help open my lung ways I haven't been out house because I'm to scared I might get a gain so for kindness and understanding

I had mistakenly hit the upgrade button on an email as I was a swiping to get out of the mail - like that $179.00 was removed from my checking account, I was lucky enough to get Kel who rectified my mistake and was kind enough to give me advice about being careful when exiting emails - my fault entirely I should've been more careful- thank you Kel

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
