Ezpopsy mailed my merchandise to the wrong address and refuses to re-send to the provided address or refund me for the dress I will not receive.
This is after an original dress was received two weeks late with a broken zipper and wrong measurements. They refused to take back the dress with a new zipper and had me pay a percentage to have a new size mailed to me. Now this new size is on its way elsewhere and no one thinks it's their mistake to fix.
Don't shop with them. Bad quality and horrible customer service.
I read the refund guidelines and accepted them except what they don't tell you is - Even if the outfit is faulty which is their error, you still have to pay for the shipping to return the item. At first they said they will pay for the shipping cost and then when the time came they denied it and then started to ignore my emails all together. So, I do not have the clothes and I spent $70USD. Worsted experience online shopping so far.

Well, I had some items I bought returned to this seller and got a great exchange done. What I appreciated the most was that I returned it at little cost but they shipped the exchange back to me at no extra cost. Quality of item bought was as I had expected, meaning I got value at the end of the day. Kudos to them.
