Indeed my nightmare was confirmed. The dress I bought from Ezpopsy is of the worse quality you can imagine. It is ugly and it doesnt look any similar to the advertised product. This company has no integrity. They are dishonest. I tossed in the garbage. Dont even bother trying to get my money back. I only deal with dishonest people once.
EZ Popsy has great service, and good quality clothes that make you look and feel beautiful all day. I get so many compliments every time I wear their clothes line.
At Ezypopsy the garments are more expensive than other online stores of its kind, however, you only get what you pay for. The garments I ordered were very good quality and exactly represented the photos. I am in Australia so my advice to anyone outside Asia, is to go for one or two sizes larger than you would normally buy. I had a query regarding delivery and the response was quick and very efficient. Would definitely use this site again. Jo

I had a similar bad experience. I didn't receive the dress I ordered! They tried to convince it was. Duh, No! The mistake dress was cute but I couldn't get into it. They tell you to give the dress to someone else, but this size M wouldn't fit a 3 year old. I was just able to fit the second dress, but it's tight. If they would just redo the sizing.
So they try to discourage a return, they wanted a picture of the dress I ordered and on and on. After a few back and forth emails I told them I wanted a refund and was sending the dress back. It cost $22 to return mail a $70 dress. I was determined to get rid of it. I gave them a deadline once they said they received the return, or I would contact my credit card company. In a few weeks I noticed a credit for the full amount on my account, thank you very much!
I still look at their beautiful designs on pop-ups, but I'm afraid to take a chance and get disappointed again. I can't recommend dealing with this company. DON'T DO IT!

After reading other reviews, I got concerned that my order wouldn't show up, but after contacting the company, I was assured that it would arrive soon - to be patient. So even though it took longer than expected, it did arrive and I am sooooo happy with this dress! Quality is amazing, exactly as the picture - love it!
I ordered 5 items 6 months ago 2 items arrived with a very bad quality and 3 didn't arrived. They said that the items were returned back but they didn't received them and don't want to give me my money. Now they simply not answering.

Il pacco non è mai arrivato, dopo più di due mesi chiedo di riavere i soldi indietro e mi dicono che al massimo possono darmi il 30% subito e il resto al ricevimento del pacco indietro(?) allora mi propongono di rispedirlo, accetto. Dopo un po' mi scrivono che l'indirizzo che avevo dato io era sbagliato e perciò non mi era arrivato l'ordine, quando invece era giusto e la posta e gli acquisti online mi arrivano tutti i giorni, pertanto mi chiedono ulteriori 30 dollari per rispedire l'ordine. Mi sono rifiutata di pagare, probabilmente non hanno mai spedito il primo ordine, comunque sono dei truffatori. Le aziende serie provvedono subito al risarcimento e non si comportano così: non comprate!
Scusa sinceramente che il vostro pacco incontra qualche problema di trasporto, che è diffictult per noi per controllarlo.
Promettiamo che risolvere il problema per voi appena possibile.

Purchased from the website and was guaranteed the item will be delivered in 4 weeks. After complaining about no shipment tracking showing up in my portal, they said they don't have the dress available and took them 3 weeks to get it ready which was no good for me since I was going on vacation. When asked for cancellation or shipping it with the express post to be delivered on time, they asked for extra $26 for express post.
When asked for cancelation due to their sloppy business and preparation time, they said they will charge me 15% for cancellation since they couldn't get the dress ready in time.

I ordered my dress 2 weeks ago. Its for a fancy dress party next week. They have deducted my funds from account but i cannot contact with them at all. Keep emailing their service@ email with no results. Very very annoying. I have ordered a lot on line and they always get back (even if they tell you it's going to be delayed).
Not these people - AVOID - i'm going to my bank to see if i can get them to reverse debit...

Be very careful with this company. I ordered a dress and paid for express 3 day shipping. Two weeks later I was notified that they did not have the dress in my size. My order hadn't even been processed yet! They told me to order something else. Are you kidding me? I told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. They are not a company to be trusted.

I was worried about getting this dress after reading many harsh reviews. Well I had it three weeks after and I must admit it's lovely exactly what I ordered. Material is very good quality. I ordered a L as I am a 12 however it's a little tight around my stomach. I just ordered the same dress again in 2xxl so if too big I have it taken in Can't wait to get it.
