I bought a dress that did not look quite like the picture Ezpopsy showed. The material, the size, the pattern were all off. I returned it and have been waiting 2 month for Ezpopsy to refund my money. They keep saying they did not received it, though, it only took Ezpopsy a second to charge my credit card.
I've had some horrible experience in the past shopping online, but the recent purchases I made from Ezpopsy has completely changed my perception. The clothes were classy and looked perfect on me. Its incredible to get stuff of this quality at such an affordable price. I will recommend to Ezpopsy to my family and friends who want a good online store to buy beautiful dresses.

Very surprised to see so many good reviews here. My experience with the website was horrible. Waited for my item for 2 months and nothing came. Contacted the customer support and they told me that the parcel was delayed due to snow storms in Germany! Yeah right! Upon tracking the parcel it was still in China and hasn't moved at all. Afterwards they were trying to stall with more bullsh$# excuses. Asked them for a refund and they told me that they have to wait for the parcel to come back to them before they can refund the money. Basically, another BS excuse. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE under any circumstances. BS artists that order their stuff from China for 50 cents and then sell it for $100. Not recommended!

I ordered a coat from Ezpopsy on 23rd November. I'm writing this on 31st December and it still hasn't shown up. It took a loooong time for Ezpopsy to admit that there's a problem with delivery; their useless tracking service has simply been saying for weeks that it's "in transit", which could mean anything. Meanwhile Ezpopsy have refused to offer compensation, nor assure me that they can track it down. I've Tweeted them three times and posted on their Facebook page - no response to any of them. I'm never ordering from Ezpopsy again and I strongly advise you not to do so, either. Worst customer service ever.
