Got the product very quick. But when it comes to refund its different thing. Sent the dress for refund 5 weeks ago, they acknowledged that they have received the dress 1 week after I sent, then they said refund will be proceed but it will take time. 3 weeks later I emailed they said we have just proceed your refund to the department and this will take time so be patient.
In my opinion this is not a good service, while they are so quick to deduct the funds from our credit card and yet take a long time to give us the refund.
This is not the only chines company that practice like this when it comes for refund,
While its not cheap to have the goods ship back to China by registered post approx $54.00, it has to be registered one otherwise they will say we never receive the good then you end up paying for the post to return the goods but you dont get your refund back. I had this experience.
I am an Asian as well but I dont like this kind of business practice.

I did not have to explain the whole day what I was looking for before I was given numerous viable options to choose from. I ordered this cardigan from Ezpopsy to celebrate my wife on her birthday, and Im glad she loves them. It is a great lightweight sweater that can easily be dressed up or down and she really love the pockets! The material is soft and the color is nice on her. It has held up well through several wears and washes. The sizing is a LITTLE small, but not to the point that it looks too tight on her that she can't wear it.
