Ezee Flights

I bought British airways ticket to Lagos, Nigeria through Alma. Two month later, she is telling me my flight has been cancelled for no reason and was offering me the worst airline (Ethopian airline) that would take almost a day an a half to get to my destination. I have been calling for my refund and no one is telling me something concrete. Alma sent me a message yesterday and all of a sudden they are saying, she is on leave. This is absolute fraud. Flight agencies should be vetted by airlines. I need my money back Ezee flight or I will use social media to bring you guys down. I have evidence of the flight booked. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP.

I purchased two tickets to Cabo San Luis and they charged my cc but no tickets. When I called the phone number they said they weren't purchased in enough time and were sold out which is not true. I asked if that was the case then why did they charge my credit card no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for a credit. BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!

They are the one who couldn't give me flight and it's been 6 months, I never got my refund. Now they are not even responding. Horrible customer service.

This Company is a scam and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet worth all the negative reviews online. They took my money at time of booking, within 12 min requested a refund and they refused to refund my money and wasted to charge me a $600 cancelation fee. Not only did they not provide a refund they didn't make the flight booking. In just out of $1500. I will be filing a complaint with US DOT. And disputing the charge at fraud.

I tried to buy two r/t tickets San Francisco from NY and provided credit card info, did not receive confirmation so I called immediately. Then to find out it was a promotional price and is no longer available, and now charging four times that previous price, which I declined. They stated the site would be updated within the half hour, but that was not true. Hours later I checked again and the so-called "Promotional Price" was still being advertised. I'm sure I find a cheaper price elsewhere. This is false advertising and they are a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Better Business should close them down.

Never received my tickets and stopped responding to messages. I had to chargeback my credit card. Use your intuition, even thought google flights links to this, it is not a real website.

I was in the process of booking a three segments of travel for two people, and after booking the first leg with Ezee Flights, they called me, from an unidentified phone number. When I didn't answer because I was on deadline to book before the flights were sold out or the pricing changed, they called me FIVE times in a row. When I finally answered I spoke with someone who I could barely understand for the noise in the background, and an incredibly thick accent, which is not usually a problem I understand that business happens from everywhere, but I could barely understand the questions being asked. They were asking me for information that they said they needed to verify I'd made the purchase, and couldn't get me the information about my purchase until I gave it to them. That made me instantly wonder if I'd just been scammed. It took Ezee Flights 24 hours+ to get me my flight information to me, and when I called the airline to ask if they had a record of my flight they said no, and suggested I cancel the payment through my credit card because they'd never heard of a third-party seller who didn't immediately ticket a flight that had been paid for. We contacted our credit card and started a claim. In the end, Ezee flight did come through, but the entire process was incredibly stressful and I would not recommend working with them as they do not instill confidence.

Horrible company! Absolute scam. I bought tickets got a confirmation email and the. Never tickets. When I emailed I got bs responses saying there were technical issues. I asked for a refund and they said it would be issues but here we are a week later and no refund. Scam!

SCAM! Charged my card, then said they couldn't give me a flight because "my card couldn't be verified". That's funny bc you already took the money out? Bought two tickets and thought this was a scam. They will call you and ask for confirmation of the tickets. As long as you pick up the phone and confirm their email, they should get you the ticket in a few days. Why it takes a few days, I have no idea... but I did get the tickets. I think this company still operates like a travel service from the 1980s.

Booked a flight through site given by google flights. I previously wrote a good review prior to getting my tickets. After looking at my confirmation the company booked for the wrong month and then proceeded to give me the run around. I had to then call airline and basically pay for my tickets all over again. I would never recommend to anyone to use this company. Also instead of paying a domestic fee ended up pay an international fee because they changed the currency from US dollars to Canadian.

Had to pay $100 more for the same flight. Zero communication whatsoever. Garbage company, avoid at all costs.

This is a complete scam to get you're credit card charged and then they "call" you to tell you the ticket price is a higher. You get passed around to multiple Indian call centers.

Minutes after be bought tickets from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale they call us asking for more money. We had no option but paying because we had already bought the way back thru another site. We found the deal on google. For the other reviews I read, it looks that its their Modus Operandi. I don't even know if this is legit or even legal, but they do it and probably, nobody will start a litigation over $60. For sure I will not buy again from them

I got an ad on kayak from this site and could tell straight away it was a scam, I searched "ezee flights scam" and read so many horror stories. I'm a very skeptical person but a lot of people are too naive and get fooled. So i'm adding to the one star reviews. They'll most likely shut down the site when it gets too much heat and set up a new "business" (using that word loosely) they are just desperate people in india trying to make quick cash. You'll get your karma don't worry.

We know what you're up to, Daxton. We tried to book a flight through google, I was on the phone with my dad so I didn't see the screen and I think I may have caught this if I had, but somehow we found a flight listed through "Ezee Flights", on the google flights list, and then "booked" something, got an email saying they had received payment, suddenly got a call from a strange California area code, only for "Daxton" to tell me that they needed 29 more dollars for whatever and that my flight had not actually been booked.
