Ezee Flights

I booked an outbound flight through this agency, which I found through Google Flights. I booked the flight and immediately got a phone call from what I can only assume is a call center in India. I could not understand the man who called and had to have him repeat himself numerous times. He asked me to confirm the information in an email they had just sent. I did. He then said the ticket would be sent to me within 3-24 hours. It took 48 hours for it to arrive. I followed up numerous times because I had to send the receipt to my office admin. The ticket finally arrived on the third day but there was no receipt. When I asked about the receipt they said it would come from a different office. Feeling like I just got scammed, I called the airline to confirm that I did in fact have a seat. They confirmed, and mentioned that the ticket was purchased in canadian dollars for some reason. I don't know what this travel agency is doing, but they have some very weird business practices.

They advertised tickets for £691 on cheapflights.com. I paid for tickets and filled up the form. 10 minutes later, I got a call saying ticket is now £1200 and that I need to pay the difference, I explain to Rachael Somerhalder Sr. Travel Advisor: Vacations that I cannot pay that amount as that's almost double of what was advertised. Racheal told me not to worry that they will not charge my account and that payment will be revised in 2 to 3 days. I waited patiently to get the reversal as I needed to get ticket for other half to travel in 5 days. This morning, I realised the money left my account to them. I rang them, instead of being sorry and trying to find a way to help, Racheal was so nasty, screaming at me and raising her voice and talking over me. She said the new ticket will cost me £1400. Asking me to wait for 5 to 7 days to reverse the money. Now OH cannot travel in 5 days due to not enough funds to get the tickets. They are deceiving the world by advertising what was not there. How on earth would you advertise a ticket for £691 and after payment was made, you turn round to say it's now £1200. Very ridiculous. I hope karma catches you all and I hope you come crashing and crumbling soon for causing tears to innocent people. May God give you the tears and heartache you gave me.

I have had such a bad experience with Ezee Flights! I booked my flight on the Sunday night and their website said it was available! Hence I went ahead and booked and paid for it. They sent me an email within minutes saying they tried to contact me which they didn't. So I called them only to findout that the flight wasn't available apparently! I asked for a refund and they said it would take four working days! Dealt with Tyler at this point who assured the refund will be back into my account in 4 working days! Called them on the 4th working day and they said it will take slightly longer. Spoke to Derry the supervisor on this occasion who again assured the refund would reach my account by the end of the day or the next day. I had luckily recorded the telephone conversations on both occasions! Today is the 5th working day and there's no sign of the refund. How can these people take other peoples hard earned money! It's so low and ridiculous! I am so furious now and I want an outcome. I just want my hard earned money back. That's all I want. Please please please AVOID these scammers! Keep your money safe. Book and pay slightly more and have that peace of mind. Hope this review helps you. I'll keep updating this everyday.

After I entered my credit card info and agreed to the terms of payment on their site for 2 flights and the site confirms I have submitted my reservation, I later get a text to call them; in which the flight I booked was sold out. This is clearly a breach of contract! A scam to get your credit card information then later offering you higher price flights. Are there any lawyers here who want to file a class action law suit? There's enough victims who were scammed and turned over their credit card information for a flight they will never get.

IT IS TRULY A SCAM! YOU BOOK THE CHEAPEST FLIGHT THAT YOU HAVE FOUND AND THEN YOU FIND YOURSELF PAYING TWICE THE AMOUNT.
A WOMAN DRIVES YOU CRAZY WITH CALLS TO CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST. HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT IN MY LIFE.

Used Ezee Flights booked through TravelHeights for long haul flight tickets. Alma helped us find convenient flight times on the dates we wanted. Received e-tickets after a short delay over a bank holiday weekend, and all seems to be in order with the airline.

Every time i tried to book a flight at the price they show ut is not true, they call.me that was a promotion only and it is not available anymore, always increase it after.

I am so disappointed in myself for trusting this travel agency. I've worked with them before and it was fine until this last time, in May 2022, the flight they booked me through Delta was cancelled. I've been waiting 4 months to get my refund and all the do is make excuses. First they told me they filed the refund on my behalf, then they said I had to do it, then they said they have to do it. I mean seriously, I've never seen such a thing. When they were booking my flights, they were diligent, responsive and kind and now that it's time to reimburse me for something that ISNT EVEN COMING OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET, they suddenly don't answer or follow up with me and better yet mislead me. This is fraud and conversion. I had to pay $500 for a new one way flight. They don't care. Looks like they pocketed my refund from delta (it takes 7-20 business days for delta to issue a refund. It's been over 90 days).

These reviews have been compromised. Trust your gut - this is a SCAM AND FRAUD travel agency located in either the UK or India. I cancelled my credit card just in case, since I gave them my info.

Total scam! As mentioned, they'll call once you book and say the flight was promotional and give a higher price.

They advertise a ticket cost on their site and then it is unavailable!
I booked a flight at advertised cost and literally a minute later a get a call for customer rep telling me the ticket is sold out at the cost and current cost is 3X times more... BS! Don't fall for their prices.

At first I was very hesitant to push through with my reservation with EZee Flights because of the negative reviews. But what Darry promised, was delivered at the right time. After I paid my 2 tickets to Cancun yesterday, I did receive my confirmation no. With Jetblue today and went to Jetblue website and verified that my itinerary is confirmed. This company is LEGIT as opposed to the previous reviews where they said it is a scam. I got my tickets at soooo much lower price, with excellent service and delivered what has promised. Thank you to Darry, Tyler and Antonio. Keep up the good work and for sure I will recommend you and will use EZee Flights to my next flight. Thanks again!

Thank you so much Ezee Flights for finding me best deal. It was a struggle for me to find a good deal, finally Ezee Flights sorted this out for me. They are help full and cooperative. I will use them again

This is total scam
This is total scam. I wish I could give it - number. They put the flight on their website and then few minutes I purchased it they ( Rachael) sent me email saying the price should be twice as the price that was on their website. So I asked them to cancel it since I couldn't afford the new price they gave. Instead of them giving me a full refund, they then charge me $120 for canceling it.
