Absolutely terrible quality. The necklace came broken and was just a piece of cut out Styrofoam. First and last experience with this company. They would not give a refund. Only 10% and for the quality, I bought better locally for less money. Not impressed
I received my order within the time frame and my outfit fits and is high quality
I bought two wigs on the first of September. Now a month is over and they still didn't sent the order out. I messaged them multiple times and the always said „we will urge…." I feel betrayed. Usually the wigs should take 5-15 days, what a shame. Also the quality of cosplays arren't that good, bought sanemi cosplay aswell and some places were not well finished. They even start to ignore you after a while, they always beed a whole das to answer even when you reply right away. If you ever need a cosplay of them u gotta buy a year in advance if we want to go overboard now.
Thank you for getting back to my email and sending my package. I wasn't aware I could email the company but I looked it up and it was easy and quick to receive it. Some of the clothes were off in color so I may need to dye them the right color but other then that the custom fit is working well

The product turned out okay given the price. It doesn't look like they followed the measurements properly, but it doesn't bother me too much.
My swords came as expected. And I am happy with them.
The wig still needed a lot of work to make it look right and the ears were definitely not great quality. They were clip ons and one even arrived broken which thankfully was fixed with glue.
Ordered on June 15th for even on August 2nd. Emailed multiple times about my order and received no help at all besides them wanting to charge me extra for faster shipping which won't even get here on time because they never completed my cosplay. Refused to give me a complete refund or pay for expressed shipping. Lied on their website about 35 day or 4 week tailoring period (currently on week 6). This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever had with a company and I either want my stuff or a full refund. Don't order here unless you are ready for your stuff to be late.
Bought and received an amazing Kafka cosplay. 10/10 would definitely buy from again and recommend to friends.
As the title says its my first time buying something of such high remark, it came much earlier and anticipated and blew my expectations
El traje llego en perfectas condiciones y muy parecido al de imagen promocional, llegó aproximadamente 38 días después que lo compre. Algo que me parecio un poco mal, es la tabla de medidas, pues no especifica que parte del cosplay esta midiendo. Pedi talla M y la camisa me queda pequeña, el pantalón muy grande. Creo que sería mejor que pagues el extra para que lo hagan a tu medida
EZcoplsay did a great job communicating and got me the cape as quickly as possible.
I dont think they cape looked very much like what I ordered however. The Magneto cape should have a circular collar not a wrap collar.I was a little disappointed in the white thread being used on a purple cape as well. Purple thread or even black wouldve made more sense
