Overall I had a great experience the costume quality is great and it fits very well like my Vergil costume my only nitpick would be the wig is wayyy too long that I ordered along with the costume but I can make it work with a few trims and it arrived sooner than expected so I'm glad for that.
The shipping was fast and the quality is great. I ordered a cosplay and the boots and it took about a month to receive them
So happy with my purchase. Seller made everything easy and costume was so perfect.
The cosplay I received was great quality for the most part but some parts were built the wrong way around, I ended up disassembling some and sewing them back to fix it. I think the person who sewing the accessories was a little confused to be honest. I got it almost 50% off so I didn't care much and now that I reassembled everything it's much better.
I ordered a coat that was labeled material: Faux Suede. I received a cheap nylon one. Also, the design didn't match the one on the pictures since this one has the pockets really close to the buttons and doesn't look as good. I complained and they offered me a 20% discount. This is unacceptable.
Update: After complaining and some back and forth, they refunded the entire price. Good for them!

Although the tracking was a little hazy in regards to consistent updates (the site glitched out every now and then), it still provided a good estimate as to when it would arrive. Not to mention, I managed to get the cosplay within a month with a little bit to spare before the requested date I needed it for, so props there!
So cute! Only thing I didn't like was that her pink bow in her hair is just a square of fabric, but i can figure out how to tie it into a bow. Other than that, the whole costume is cute and perfect!

Their product is great quality and arrived very quickly! I ordered a XXL because I have very broad shoulders so I needed the room but the standard pants that come with that size are a bit too big so ill need to have them brought in to fit. Otherwise I am thrilled with this product!

The skirt was perfect, didn't really care for the top. It was large and bulky and I didn't like the material. The delivery time was relatively quick.
