We received the Saiki outfit, wig and glasses. The material was a little rough but it is the same material as our other outfits (rough type cotton/ polyester blend. It is easy to wash (gentle/ delicate wash and air dry). The white button shirt arm was a bit short- it fit like a 3/4 sleeve instead of full length but my son didn't mind it. The buttons were snap on buttons- which is great since he gets hot easily and he can remove the clothes without assistance. The jacket was a zipper and once again- he was able to take it on and off with some practice.
He did wear it for a June Comic Con in Texas. Oh the glasses do get tangled in the wig but that's because the glasses are thin and snag. This would even happen with an adult. The wig was a bit big but it is adjustable in the back so we were able to play around with it to adjust it to fit him. It is still a bit big but again the child is 8 years old not an adult's head- it fit my head (adult female) just fine.
The hair clips that go on the wig are simple but I also used Bobby pins to secure it more.
Over all not bad the only reason I don't get it full marks is because the outfit just came in a simple baggie- not a ezcosplay backpack to store everything. My other outfit a few years back- had a backpack that I was able to fit and store the complete outfit- tall boots included.
If it came with the bag backpack then it would be full marks but since it came in a regular bag that is not going to be reusable for long term (the closure ziplock doesn't close correctly).

I ordered a cosplay that cost over $100 after shipping/handling. It was too large, so I tried to contact them to see what can be done. The event I needed it for is already approaching and there's no way a new one would arrive in time, so I asked to return it for a refund. No answer from their customer service email. I called the customer service number and it went to voice-mail which I found odd. They emailed me back no problem when I had questions before I ordered, but now that there is an issue I'm being ignored. I'm very disappointed.
I bought a lucky bag and received 2 cosplay.unfortunately they are too big for me. But thank God you can change that. Quality is good

Overall the experience was pretty hassle free and easy to deal with. There are some inconsistencies with the colors but it's not terrible. I do wish the pants came with pockets and the undershirt was a shirt and not a vest. Still I'm excited to wear it at upcoming conventions.
The dress looks amazing and suits me really well. I had to do some sloght adjustments, nothing big though. The shoes fit perfectly as well and the zipper at the back is great.
