The website kept freezing when I said "place order" on my phone. It was very frustrating. I do appreciate it saved all my measurements and cart items to place the order through my computer.
But once the order arrived at couldn't fit into our pants! And the wig was nothing like pictured. My husband's pants were way too big and my pants were way too small

This is my first time ordering a costume online. This is for my son's birthday.

Ordered 2 cosplay costumes
One was fine
The other arrived with issues: torn seam in the crotch, boots too small, belt buckle sloppily painted, mis-sewn seam on one of the boots. Emails were promptly replied too but only solution was a 10% refund. Not the kind of quality I would expect for the amount of money paid, and the refund was inadequate. Uncertain if would purchase from this company again.
My costume was easy on the wallet, but obviously cheaper for it. The 'custom sizing' had the right height for me, but was 6-8 sizes to big for my frame width-wise. But the shipping time was earlier than expected, and the accessories are way higher quality than I anticipated.
Very easy, and quick. I love it.

I ordered one item, ahead of the busy time close to halloween) and it arrived within the timeframe EZcosplay said it would. Impressed with the item quality, as i have never ordered from EZcosplay before.
Delivery time was short, but the time between payment and delivery was very long.
