Super easy and lovely experience! It was nice to be able to put custom measurements and get a well crafted item that fits me. There are some minimal things I have to adjust, such as stockings that are a little wide at the top and some detailing on my outfit that wasn't attached/fell off in shipping. The actual time it took between the shipping confirmation and delivery was FANTASTIC! My order was delivered a whole week ahead of schedule and really only took two full business days. Would definitely order again!

It was Awful nothing was even close to fitting was way to snugg and pristine definitely not pirate like the pictures show. Picture shows button loop that are in the seam not shiny ribbons hanging over very cheap and very uncomfortable. The only thing that came close where the pants and the bottoms weren't even cuffed right. I spent $30 more on another jack sparrow costume from another site because this one took so long, that has a thick material really genuine look and has pockets. I was very disappointed with the fit and quality of your product. But I already know its not your fault I should have read the thousands of reviews that said how terrible your website was and how awful your customer service is.

Found the site somewhat difficult to navigate due to the huge selection. Better search parameters and filters would help.

Also found the visual confirmation of the credit card very concerning, did it anyways, and had a fraud alert on my card within a week (got everything resolved with the issuer, but it took time and had to cancel my card).

Overall, I'd say the products are fine, though I found it odd that the more costly they were, the poorer the overall quality. I'd like to think I would order again, but if they ask the same credit card nonsense, I'd cancel the order next time.

Immediately after my purchase from this site I was contacted by a scam caller trying to get my credit card information. Might not have been related but it is likely because of the connection between the information they knew and what the scammer was saying. I would use a different site and avoid this website.
