It's been easy and quick!
This company promised me my daughter's costume would be delivered in time for her to wear for Halloween. They even claimed that they did not receive payments for 2 weeks, despite the proof that I gave them that it had already cleared my account. They did not ship it until 4 business days before Halloween, and claimed that they have asked The Courier to be "urgent".
That is not going to solve anything, because my daughter's costume is still in a different country and Halloween is the day after tomorrow.
These people are absolute Hustlers. I can't speak to their quality of work because they never bothered shipping it in time for me to get it. But based on the fact that they charged me way too much for shipping and a costume that I will not receive and they will not refund I'm going to say that their products are probably not very good either. Companies who don't care do not go out of their way to make good product. I asked these people to give me a refund so that I could get my daughter a different costume from someplace local, and they have avoided addressing the issue at all, only saying that they have urged The Courier. Long and short, these people are absolute liars and thieves. Not to be trusted. Give your money to some local craftsperson, at least you know that you will be getting what you pay for

Decent quality and true to the character!
My only problem was the shipping was a bit pricey. Some of the costume pieces are a bit cheap looking like the bamboo and the leg warmers, but i was planning to get those somewhere else anyways so i don't mind.
I really enjoy buying for Ezcosplay, they provide me with all the cosplays I need at an affordable price, and even allow customs!

The outfit didn't turn out as I hoped it would. I did make the mistake of choosing a size small instead of custom. But I don't understand why the site would make you input all your measurements even though you picked a small. So I think that's what confused me and I was hoping I'd get an exact fit. I ultimately adjusted it myself and it looks better. Still happy, but not what I was hoping/expecting.

The pants have a really low crotch so I need to get them altered to wear them but otherwise it's perfect
Putting in my order took several attempts. It was definitely frustrating. My order, however, did come on time with everything I purchased.
I have been pleased with all my purchases except the wig. The wig is too small for an adult head. It fits my 7 year old granddaughter. The company would not make it good to me except 50 % credit. I don't feel this is fair.
We love everything about the costume.
Product was great for a great price but when I put it on and held my hands out I felt some of the stitching come apart.

The costume works as an ok base, I had to buy larger to fit my torso length, but that means I have to bring in the costume myself to fit. And I'll have to remake some of the parts because they aren't the quality I was hoping.
I bought a separate mask that looks really good but it's too wide for my face so I'll have to see if I can use a heat gun on it
It was fine. The horns were.not very good so I might just diy them myself, and the pants weren't made very well so im going to buy myself a similar colour from a nearby store.
