While the customer service is usually friendly and fast, what I received was so wrong and so unlike the picture given on the site that I am literally disgusted. It clearly states on the site "PRODUCT WILL BE EXACTLY LIKE THE REAL-WORLD PRODUCT PHOTO", but what I got was NOT at ALL like the product photo. I will never be shopping from here again. Obviously the seamstresses or whomever is in charge of making the costumes do not care about the customers, or it would have been correct. I don't care if maybe the color of fabric that was needed for the costume was out of stock. If that's the case, INFORM the customer that the fabric is not available and that it will take longer to make the costume, instead of substituting an ugly, incorrect fabric and hoping that it will be okay, because when someone pays a lot of money for a cosplay, they are expecting it to be right.

I asked for a dress that was a dull purple (This was for Mystia Lorelei), and what I got was red and polka-dot. Not to mention that the details were sloppy and the sizes were incorrect, not what was stated on the site. I ordered a size Large (which on the site says is a US size 14,16), with a bust measurement of 41-44 inches. I am 44 inches across, but what I got must have been 40.
I am not sure if it's even worth it to send this back. I don't feel like spending the $50 to send this back when I spent almost $110 on it.

So while the customer service is great, and the site may show really nice cosplays, it's obvious that the product you receive has a chance of not looking at all like the picture given. I feel bad almost for the people in charge of customer service, because they aren't responsible for the creation of the cosplay. So, this goes out to whomever actually makes the costumes. It's a good thing I actually have an old cosplay of the same character (which I had to do a LOT of digging to find again) or I'd be even more disappointed. I bought this new cosplay because I liked the style more, but now I see that I should do my research and read plenty of reviews before buying from a site.

I received my Son Hak costume so much earlier than anticipated, and when I took it out I was truly amazed at the quality of the costume and it was stunningly accurate to the animated picture of Son Hak. I am truly happy with what I got, and the customer service was great as well! They even sent me a nice little Christmas hat, as I ordered mine around Christmas time and that truly brought a smIle upon my face and made me laugh a bit because I wasn't expecting that at all! :) I would strongly recommend ordering your cosplay costumes from here. :D
