However, I had problems with German customs because you did not declare the correct value. Your declaration was Euro 30 (below German customs limit of Euro 40), the real value was $ 90. German customs / DHL hub Leipzig asked me for a value declaration and did hold back the delivery until I sent copy of the order and paid VAT on the product plus extra Euro 10 processing fee. It took 3 days.
Please tell your manufacturer to include a correct customs statement with your delivery.
We ordered two separe things by mistake so we have to pay shopping twize. E would be very happy if you could refund one of the shippings

Received my order in time for Christmas and our daughter is going to be so delighted! Not completely sure about the fit, yet...but I am confident it will be perfect.
The delivery was fast and the costume is excellent. Keep in mind that the pants run small around the waist though.

Everything went smoothly, the package arrived two days before the estimated date (awesome!), the materials are good quality, everything fits snugly, no problems with delivery whatsoever. The customer service is amazing; they'll answer and solve any questions you might have with surprising speed, you can tell they care about their customers. It's a shame I live in Spain and I have to pay these outrageous shipping fees... if we had an Ezcosplay store in Madrid I'd be ordering stuff on a monthly basis...!
