Getting a custom order was ez, and the customer service was nice and provided all the info I needed. The final product was better than I could have imagined.
EZcosplay was so wonderful. They were able to commission an outfit for me, kept in contact with me constantly and were so helpful and kind.
Though it is pricey, I think that $38 for shipping is reasonable. There is not waiting game for you outfit.

Everything in order
Bought coronation Elsa and Anna deluxe costumes and they are beyond beautiful! The fit is perfect (XS) and the fabrics are lovely~~ Elsa's cloak is suuuuuper pretty and well made! Also bought Anna's cloak which is like the cutest ting! <3 thank you so much for such lovely costumes! We feel royal wearing them *3*!
Shipping costs were kinda high but the product did arrive in short period of time. My only issue was that the product ordered were not alike from each other. From far away they look the same but up close it as if 2 different people constructed each item separately. Each prop had a design or attachment that the other didn't have. So as far as quality measure it was poor. Now I have to adjust it to make them closer to be the same.
They did amazing job on the Cosplay and wigs are amazing can't wait to show the Cosplay off!
Size I selected (L) was much bigger then anticipated (XL at least) except the cape which is just big enough to wear. Several of the costume pieces are lacking in significant details as if the designer never looked at character art.
Nice shop overview and search would gladly come back any time. Clothes feel really nice and comfortable can't wait to use them

Great product ans very fast delivery, I'm pleased with the quality
I like the quality of the products but the boots I ordered are slightly too small even though the size should have been correct. Shipping cost a lot so I don't see a reason to bother returning them since I will most likely have to pay for shipping back and the new product shipping. That is more than the boots are worth, about 4 times as much.
