The site itself is easy to navigate and ordering wasn't complicated. Had some problems with shipping despite specifying I wanted it delivered through FedEx, it was sent by DHL. There were a few hiccups, and it came two days after I was told, but everything was in it, nothing was broken, and I was very pleased with the product. I most likely will buy from EzCosplay again, though I'll write in a message on each item that I want it shipped by FedEx since they are more familiar with my area.
The price for the costumes were great. Price for shipping not so much. It may have been that I ordered too soon to when I'd wear them, so I'll have to see if it's the same next time I order.
That the option for adjustment occurs with one dress but not another is odd.
Also, just by a trick of the ordering timing, the newer, higher quality versions became available just after my order.
Our experience with this company was excellent. We ordered the Hatsune Miku cosplay costume. We had very good email communications with them regarding questions we had about sizing and delivery. They speeded up their usual custom sewing time so that we would have the costume by our requested date. In fact, it arrived several days earlier than promised. The delivery company was very good and got it to us super fast. The costume is beautiful with exceptional detail and quality fabric, very nice. I highly recommend this company.

I received the costume well in advance of my wear-date. It was perfection. I have a few nitpicky negatives (gloves being a little loose, dress/suit not quite long enough in the torso), but the extra stuff they threw in was great! (headpiece, blue hair-tie balls, and button that says "I'm a cosplayer") I LOVE it.
The true shipping speed and information is very confusing. I have my fingers crossed I receive my item in time. Would like other methods of payment other than PayPal.
The sizing did not come as described - at least it was too big rather than too small, but I had to use a lot of safety pins to shrink the costume to make it wearable.

I was very excited to put on my items but first of all there were no directions to put on the AOT belts and second the belts didnt come in the right size at all. Way too small.
