I just got in my Vanellope Von Schweetz cosplay today that I ordered about 2 weeks ago and I am blown away! Ezcosplay never ceases to amaze me. The cosplay is made with amazing high quality material, sized perfectly for me and sewn very well! I always struggled in the past with finding cosplays that would fit me correctly. I have a hump on my back due to my birth defect, Spina Bifida, so clothes fit me a lot differently than most people. I made sure to leave a message about this and they did an amazing job of making sure I have extra room in the hoodie for my back. Thank you Ezcosplay for making me feel comfortable and confident in my cosplays!

Unless your skinny then I would not shop here. I payed 120 on a coaplay and it didn't fit. You can't get a hold of customer service either

I ordered from ezcosplay because they could make a custom cosplay for me, and I was excited. I paid for the costume and the shoes, and when they got here, the shoes were two inches too big and the costume itself was way too small. Since I sent in my measurements I felt like I could contact them to get it fixed. But they said the measurements were right. And they were right, on a flat surface, not a human. When I told them this, they decided to refund me 30% and told me to take it to a tailor to get it adjusted. I honestly don't think the quality is worth taking to a tailor. The shoes also smell horrible, like really strong plastic smell. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because they did make a custom cosplay for me. However the rest of my experience isn't great.

So I ordered my power ranger cosplay costume full set. And I ordered on the last week of september and expected to arrive mid october of 2020. But my costume never show until november 2020. And my power ranger costume were all wrong color. I learned my lesson. NEVER EVER BUY ANY COSTUME FROM EZCOSPLAY. And they never refund you full refund if you live in U.S. They only refund you 35% and you keep the costume you purchased.
Again. NEVER BUY COSTUME FROM EZCOSPLAY. They're costume really suck. Unless you are desperate for one.

Received no confirmation email with order number. No expected delivery date or tracking number. Customer service did not respond on social media messenger or email until I stated my Visa was charged yet they eould not confirm order received via email. Once I indicated my action after 48 hrs without response would be a negative review across all social media & VISA payment reversal...finally received email response showing copy of my order. Poor experience.
