Whole process was really easy, though I do wish there were more product photos.
Ordered on October 1st. Asked for items to arrive by October 26th.
Costume part (jacket, body suit) arrived early.
Gun prop arrived about 2 weeks late on November 4th...which was the day of the convention I needed it for. So unfortunately it literally arrived the day I needed it, and I wasn't at home to sign for it.:(
If you're ordering a weapon prop definitely give yourself about 40 days of buffer time between when you order it and when you need it. Not sure if it got caught in customs or what.
Always have good deals so i can save money for more

I ordered some Cosplays here before and it was always a good quality for good prices, but shipping to germany is really expensive...
Easy to order and responsive to my feedback online. Like the measurements option, but fit wasn't super precise. Ordered 2 full costumes and both were very well received but that's a lot of inexpensive and briskly finished polyester. Still, there is much more complexity and well above other 'costume' options but not at a high level for full out cosplay. Admittedly that level would double to quadruple the price, so it's a nice middle ground. I felt like I was in a superior costume, but it is not something I will keep for years and go to events in... but I didn't make it myself with recovered buttons from the movie set either.

Customer service was extremely lacking. I recieved a package lacking the boots and wigs I ordered. I emailed them and they confirmed the other things were just shipped separately. The day before the wear date I recieved another package but the wigs were still no where to be found. I am very disappointed with this website and would not recommend them at all.
I could only purchase on one device no matter what I did.

Had to enter order 3 times prior to it accepting it. Did not know ouu of country until notified my credit card. Has to be here before 10 23 2017.
Had to contact them numerous times but now have the product and cild very pleased. I dont think it should have been so expensive but we pay excessively for our cildren. This company is willing, eager and easy to deal with. They worked hard to make our deadline work for us.
Yes i recommend this company. Just be prepared for expensive items.
Fantastic Quality and Price!
I was skeptical at first that it would arrive just in time for Halloween and in good condition, but was pleasantly surprised it arrived a few days before. The costume wasn't exactly the same as the picture but it came out fairly close. The only critical issue was that the ammo belt's length was significantly longer than other pieces. Overall satisfied.

Site runs a bit slow, but other than the shopping experience I received here is better than any other cosplay site I've been to! Product was of higher quality than initially anticipated, definitely shopping here again!
