This is my second time buying from you. Both times we got our costume by the time we requested and was in a great condition! I love that you have the option to tailor it to your body fit. I will continue to use you guys and tell my friends.

Custom ordered a piece and gave my exact measurements and received a top that was to small and everything else was way to big. Will probably order again but definitely with more notice.

The dress arrived on October 30,2020... my event was Oct. 19th, 2020, so it was late and I had to use a different costume. So there's that. The dress itself is pretty awesome. It's a little loose, but that's OK, I can take it in a bit if needed. I had to cut off some tangled, loose threading, but overall it was quality made. When I do debuted it though, it's going to be epic.
Good, creating a user after checkout was not working. I had to quit the purchase and create the user first then I was able to login and make my purchase as a registered user.

This is my second time ordering from ezcosplay, and I love them. I mean minor adjustments needed to be made, but my outfits and props were done really well. Even if the character is not on their site, which was the case for my first one; they are very accommodating in looking at pictures and getting your measurements and making sure it's exactly what you want. I'll be ordering from them again for future cosplays.
Point still stands that your site looks a bit shady sometimes, especially on mobile! YET I AM HAPPY! The wigs are great quality for what i spent.
