This is my first time ordering cosplay online and it's been so interesting and I hope it's a good experience so I can come back for more!
You had what I wanted and it was quick and easy.
The first costume I received was entirely the wrong size. I do appreciate that the vendor resent me a new one free of charge that was the correct measurements. However I'm not sure the quality matched what I paid for.

Somehow I overlooked the fact the product needed to be 'produced/made' which took two weeks from time of order. I paid for speedy delivery, which was extra, but it didn't arrive in time for event.
Additionally, I was getting these for my thirteen year old granddaughter. She tried one of my soft contact lens to make sure she would be able to wear them. But, these were not soft. They appeared thicker and she wasn't able to tolerate wearing them. She only got one eye in and wanted them out right away.
They would probably be good for someone accustomed to contacts, but make sure you give yourself at least three weeks lead time.
Otherwise it's a great idea. I give 3.5 stars.
Very nice experience, would buy from this site again
The dress itself was cute, but many of the accessories felt weird, uncomfortable, or just plain wrong. Also the boob cups on the dress need to be larger for plus sized customers, as I'm practically spilling out of the top.
The quality is good and it fits as expected. Come out very well and I'm pleased with it.
The quality of the dress is honestly better than I expected. It is made well and fits well but is a little loose around the waist. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I bought this wig at the discounted price and paid for express shipping. I'm impressed that I received it in a significantly shorter amount of time than what was originally estimated! And the wig was the same as the picture promised, from the style to the colour. :D Thank you!
Good timing and good quality
The cost of the shipping is too expensive, but the shipping was fast and I receive my order in 3 days. I didn't like the fact that I sends messages to know the statut of my order like 3 times and never got a answers back. But everything else was perfect, your site is very nice with the amazing choice of cosplay!
I ordered 4 Cosplay "Avatar - The Last Airbender" outfits for myself, my husband, and my 2 daughters. We plan on wearing them on Halloween Night on our upcoming Disney Cruise in October. The outfits are very well made and not at all cheap like what you would get from a regular "Halloween Costume Store". The outfits were wrinkled from shipping but I easily used an iron and got them looking perfect. Be careful when ordering sizes. I ordered based on our tape measurements and which size range we fit under and all the outfits fit fairly well except for mine. It was way to large for me. The only items that needed to be adjusted were the velcro arm bands for my daughter and the velcro belt for my husband but this is an easy fix that I will do myself by sewing on additional velco. Since I need the outfit soon and I didn't want to have to go to the trouble of mailing it back for a refund, I just ordered another in the next size down. It arrived last night and it is a perfect fit and looks really well on me. If you can handle the extra $10 for "Custom Sizing", I would recommend it because this way it will definitely fit you and it won't be a guessing game. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely order again from ezcosplay.

Shipping is way too much! And also, NO actual pictures of the costume were provided despite me asking for them. The costume isnt what I expected but I have no time to get anything else. Pretty disappointed this time around, but will likely order again.

Shipping cost is really expensive
The shoes were not what I expected. They were too chunky and rugged. With glue smeared everywhere on the shoes. Heavy glue smell also. Not sleek and refined like my cosplay character Connor (Detroit Become Human).
Shipping costs were very high also. I think even higher then the shoes and wig. I knew the shipping costs beforehand but still. Not worth. Would not come back again.
