The cosplay i ordered is so nice it was The Movie version of Domino from the marvel comics. I got it custom fit and it fits like a glove its perfect!

Well the wig I ordered I had asked for 45 days ago, it only became available yesterday. They knew when I needed the wig and they dragged their heels to get it to me. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received over the last month and a half

The boots were pricey enough, and the shipping was ridiculous. The boots were supposed to be custom made but didn't fit and didn't look like the picture.
The site has a glitch and keep bringing me back to the home page...Customer service is quick response and fast shipping. However, the wig I bought does not fit properly as there is no secure mechanism to hold it in place. The wig is either too small or the bun is heavy but it keeps falling down which I have to use many bobby pins and keep holding it with my hand. The wig is too painful to wear it again.
The dress fit great, but the shoes did not. I measured my daughter's foot and matched it to the size guide, but they were still too small.
My daughter bought a dress from this place, received it with a broken zipper, she was told to pay for it herself to fix it. Not a good place to buy from STAY AWAY

I love that I can find characters that other cosplay sights don't normally have.
Ordering was very easy and customer service answered my questions quickly and the costume shipped very fast and looks great.
Pros: The process was simple enough and the my order came when I needed it to. Payment wasn't all that unreasonable, especially when compared to other retailers. There were even option to buy the costume in whole (which was cheaper) or in parts.
Cons: Some of the measurements can be a little tricky though, especially when accounting for the waist. My waist band that goes with my cosplay is too large and isn't adjustable. Additionally, the shirt is kimono style with no way to close it. I had to fashion a makeshift tie to keep it closed while not taking away from the aesthetic
Overall: still happy with my purchase and would again should I ever need a full costume or parts in the future.

Everything showed up earlier than i had anticipated and was of the quality that was expected.
I received my order earlier than expected. The merchandise was in excellent condition and my son was happy for the purchase. I really recommend this site.
My daughter was thrilled with her outfit, which came much sooner than expected, in plenty of time for the event she purchased it for. Well made, accurately detailed.
