I found what i wanted. Site was easy to navigate and use.
The only issue was delivery. It took over 2 months after I ordered to arrive. Customer service was good in answering my questions and getting back to me about my order quickly so I'm thankful for that. Overall happy with my purchase. They normally don't take this long to ship since I've ordered from them before.
This site is good and you have the most choice of cosplay.
The fact that you deliver to Australia and your delivery charges are not ridiculous already puts you several points ahead of the rest. Looking forward to seeing what this first order is like - and then purchasing many more costumes!
Unfortunately, despite many reassurances and emails, the incorrect size was sent. It was easier to alter the garment myself (since I requested a smaller size than the one delivered) than to send it back.
Good experience ordering - we'll have to wait and see if it gets delivered by the wear date of July 13,2018...
My ratings changed because we received the items later than originally thought. And when we did receive the costume the colors didn't match at all. We understood that the item might come in a different color than the picture however, we never expected the outfit to be 3 different colors. The pants were blue the vest was red and the trench coat was brown. Very disappointing.
Great wig
I ordered two outfits, one for my boyfriend and one for myself. His came in and was perfect. Mine looked like a child had made the skirt and the top was over 10 inches too small in the chest and I still have yet to receive the corrected top.
I hope we get it on time... my daughter needs it for a comacon! It was easy to shop and she is looking forward to getting it!
