Even though it takes a bit of time for the items to be made and sent out, it's well worth the wait. I had ordered 3 different sets of boots, and I was happy with all of them, except for one because it was made too small. When I reached out to the company, they got back to me quickly and offered to make a new set for the one that didn't fit. I'm very happy with this company and how they handled that. Definitely going to be coming back here.

The "Wear Date" that they make you specify in the order has absolutely no impact on the actual delivery time so make sure you order more than a month before you are actually planning on wearing it if you are not selecting fast delivery. Other than that, the costume itself came out all right, just that it arrived after the event I was planning on wearing it.
Overall, the experience was great.
The sizing of the product was all over the place though. The pants fit like a L/XL but the top was so short if I even breathed too much it came up over my bra. The quality was fine but sizing needs help.
