The website is very easy and nicely simplified made my purchase super easy. However Im very upset that my costume measurements were inaccurate, not too sure if you saw the extra notes where I mentioned it was measured in cm not inches and the shoes are way too big for me.

It fit perfectly, and looks amazing

I would love if the packages come with live tracking and the corresponding postage company leaves detailed cards behind for the failed delivery so the customer can reach them again easily.

I'm super happy that the costume came just in time and they were able to make my costume custom made. A video will be made soon about my experience with the costume at Comic-con Seoul.

Everything is perfect except the overall shipping time is kinda slow, make it faster would be 10/10!

It was pretty good. Some of the items were a bit off on style and sizing though.

Very nice that you can have your own measurements to make it a custom fit. The only downside is that some of the seems on the pants werent closed and part of my but shows. I have taken it to a tailor to sew the seems.

I'm surprised you don't have a specific Roy Mustang wig, but I found something similar enough to make due. I've got long blonde hair and I don't want to dye or cut it, so I need to braid it up and cover it with a wig.

Didn't get the delivery until over a month since it was placed, completely past the date I listed as 'needed by'. One of the costumes (mine, Kara from Detroit Become Human) had chips and marks in the lettering on both back and front and the package was ripped and in very bad condition when received. Thankfully this was the only thing that was damaged.

Quick, easy, product looks great!

Ordered a costume for $100, the costume was customized, means measurements were taken and it was suppose to be a better fit. Nothing fits. Items are too small, some items are missing. Material of the costume is extremely poor. It itches the skin the moment you put on your body.
The vendor refuses to fix or refund. I sent pictures with measurements to show that it is too small, they are ignoring the facts.
Stay away from them.

The shoes didn't fit and I received no help when I tried to ask for any. The pants were of such odd quality that they constantly fell whioe wearing them, and broke easily. The top is okay but barely, requires safety pinning to itself at times.
