Excellent and quick service.
Good, except postage costing more than the items valued...
Lots of things here that I could not find on other sites.
The costume is designed well and fits well also.
I will decide when i get my items delivered to me
Thus far has been great, able to quickly contact your services and received an answer. I truly hope that the costumes do come quickly
My costume came way faster than I expected and I absolutely love it!
My wear date has come and gone and my costume won't arrive for another week. Asked for a refund and they refuse. What is the point of having a wear date if they are just going to ignore it? Will never buy from again.
Great prices for some good products.
This process has been wonderful. The communication between the company and myself has been reliable and satisfactory. I can tell this company pays close attention to product detail and customer satisfaction. I would buy products from ezcosplay again.
Nailed the figment and look. Really comfortable while at DragonCon.
I got my cosplays, and the buttons are coming off already. It's a great cosplay though!
I got a Connor jacket (from the video game Detroit: Become Human) and it was delivered in excellent condition within a few business days after a month in production. They packed it within 4-5 bags, which was great. The jacket itself is well made, sturdy, and comfortable to wear. I had the jacket custom made since I'm short (5'1") and on the slightly wider side. It fits well! It is a little long, but the sides are slightly curved for a more feminine touch and makes it look less bulky. Overall, I am happy about this purchase!
I was quickly able to find the product I needed. Placing the order was quick and simple
The quality of the costume was much better than expected.
Very easy to navigate and quick transaction process.
Everything was perfect.
Thank you all! Our daughter loves the costume!
The Princess Zelda dress fit my wife perfectly! (it would have looked ridiculous on me) The quality of the sewing was excellent.
My outfit as Link was also a great fit, even as a stock size; it was of great quality as well.
We made the perfect elderly Princess/Hero couple at Matsuricon '18 and received many compliments.
We will definitely be back, thank you.
Really pleased with final product and service received.
Answer: Very trustable, just be aware that shipping can take a while, so try not to freak out if your package isn't there super quickly.
Answer: I would double-check the shipping charge, it's often $20-$30.
Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
Answer: Yes, it's normal. It just goes through as default XS. Not to worry, they will make it custom. Check out their FAQ page if you're still worried.
Answer: Pretty close. They do require the sizing in CMs and boot height. I also ordered a pair of Todoroki boots that are just slightly larger in the back, even though I used the same measurements for both.
