Everything was good, however my girlfriend ordered a costume the day after i did and she did not recieve it until after the event we needed them for.

End product did not match the photo very closely. It ended up being a "good enough" type of product but far from ideal.
The cheapest shipping cost available on my initial order was $288. I have shipped furniture from overseas, so I'm aware that this is ridiculous and not the cheapest option you could have sourced. I will attempt to buy the other piece I want elsewhere - this dropped the shipping price to $29. The extra $258 of shipping cost was just for Ruby's Scythe, and was over twice the cost of the actual item. Shipping bookcases and similar from China has incurred at most a $45 shipping fee for me, so I was horrified by this $288 shipping fee and don't understand why there was no cheaper option. The order itself was very good quality and I'm really happy with it.
Just wished I knew exactly what size vmbattery it took. It was a hassle just trying to find a battery.

The shipping was unexpectedly high. This is my first purchase and I can say confidently that it was very well worth it! I got two wigs and received them in great quality. Overall, it was a nice, easy website to browse.
Pendant arrived broken and without protection, but easily fixed.
Shoes didn't look like the item photo and were slightly too small.

The costumes are excellent quality, I will definitely buy from here again! My only issue was the shipping. Shipping was £182 for express and I can't change it. I'm already paying £415 and I'm being charged that much to ship. There is no option for a none-express delivery.

Site was easy to use, good prices, decent quality. Did have some issues with zipper and fit, but overall pretty good.
The costume was excellent, however there were a few pieces that needed to be fixed upon arrival. There were 4 pieces of accent material that weren't sewn onto the ends of the bows and there was a hole in the crotch hem of the tights that needed to be fixed.
