Nice finally found a place to get costumes
Amazing price and quality exactly what I was after.
Every question that I had during the purchasing process was answered completely and quickly. I did not hear any updates on the order until I reached out to the company, but when I did they replied quickly and I had a shipment confirmation within a few days. When I got the order, the zipper on one of the outfits was not working. But I was able to repair it and the company offered to reimburse me for any parts that I needed to do so. I repaired it with tools that I already had around but it was still kind of them to offer. Overall I had a great experience.
Pieces of the costume broke before I even tried putting it on and I was disappointed that the chain accessory was fabric rather than a plastic chain made to look metal. The shoes were well made, and the body piece was nice. I wish the buttons on the skirt were sturdier, as they came undone all day. They should have been stronger or had more of them.

Update: I recived my order it's really well made.
The products were well made and made to perfection, but the products got here late and long after the date I needed them by.

Great products but shipping a bit too high
The cosplay came fast and was packaged neatly but it was a little big on me, but that's my fault because i was not aware that the size run bigger. Overall it was a good experience.
(Aug 29th 2018) -please read if you are looking to buy-
-I am enraged right now. So I ordered a costume over a month ago for PAX which I have to leave town for. I made sure to order this as early as I could to make sure this came on time + spending extra for express shipping. They even have a system where you can write when you need it by... well that doesn't seem to matter. Its been well over a month. I email two weeks ago and I was told it's almost done. I then checked a week ago, which is pretty much down to the wire, to the point where it has to be shipped. I then get the exact email, copy and pasted saying its almost done and they will "urgent for me". Yeah sure you will. Just days ago they said it was "done and will check it before sending" and just yesterday they said it'll be sent "asap" which means it still hasn't been shipped... I'm leaving to the event tomorrow. They ignored all of my concerns and complaints and pretended like nothing is wrong. I would have actually understood if they had apologized or said they were busy/having issues with the order, but nope. Nothing. I even messaged on fb too just so that I could get shipping information. They ignored and left me on read. I can't even review the costume itself or post pics, because it's not even here. Yes... even if it does show up at some point next month, I can wear it for something else. If I had known this is how they do their business, I wouldn't have spent extra money for thier express shipping. What's express about it? If It showed up tomorrow It would be a damn miracle.
I will be spamming this review on other sites, to make sure that people see this. This is not okay.
I am urging people to not buy from this company and to go some where else. If you want to ignore this review and buy anyways... order 2-3 months before and enjoy poor customer service.

The wigs are pretty good! I ordered a Zarya and Sombra wig and I'm pretty happy with them! The only thing is that the Zarya wig is a bit thin on the back, but other then that they are good! :)
Quick easy and accurate
I purchased a costume dress for $200. I am a pretty standard US size 4. The dress was defective and unwearable due to the design flaws completely exposing my underwear. I argued with them and sent them photos, and they only offered me 10% refund, and then 20% refund when I argued more. I opened a PayPal dispute and they actually changed their costume listing on the website to try to cover up their mistakes. PayPal immediately supported my return and refund request, but ezcosplay isn't even accepting the returned package delivery! I imagine if the post office declares it undeliverable I will automatically win the dispute, but what a headache!
Additionally, even if the product wasn't defective, the dress was inaccurate and looked like a $10 dress. It was shipped in a plastic bag envelope. Super cheap product, super cheap packaging, yet both the product and the shipping cost a significant amount. I was actually glad the product was defective because normally ezcosplay does not accept returns.
Answer: Very trustable, just be aware that shipping can take a while, so try not to freak out if your package isn't there super quickly.
Answer: I would double-check the shipping charge, it's often $20-$30.
Answer: I'm not sure which country's sizing is used in the size chart, but I normally wear a US XL, and that was what I ordered, even though the measurements in the chart were bigger than should have fit. The dress fits like a dream, so maybe order your normal size (US). If you use the size chart, you might want to consider going up a size.
Answer: I never tried to contact customer service, but after I received my package, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I had 0 problems shopping with them, shipping, quality, size, or otherwise. Just read the shipping descriptions (they caution you that it can take a while) and the size charts (maybe go up a size), and you'll be fine.
Answer: Yes, it's normal. It just goes through as default XS. Not to worry, they will make it custom. Check out their FAQ page if you're still worried.
Answer: Pretty close. They do require the sizing in CMs and boot height. I also ordered a pair of Todoroki boots that are just slightly larger in the back, even though I used the same measurements for both.
