Scam!
May 26, 2019

Placed an order three weeks ago. Been getting the run-around ever since. Was told they were out of stock when I asked for a tracking number. Was told they would be in the next week. It has been three weeks and they are still "out of stock." I'm now attempting to cancel my order.

I've been waiting to purchase contacts due to a lapse in employment. EZContacts took care of everything for me. They offered me a discount and expedited my order. I really appreciate them helping me out like this. Also, the customer service rep was really thorough and got it done quickly.

The online chat was fast and he knew exactly which contacts I needed. I have a new prescription and new brand of contacts. I emailed him the slip and he sent me the link and a disc code to order new contact!

I usually order contacts through my doctors office or from Costco optical as they are less expensive there. My daughter was leaving the country for 3 months and I needed her contacts within 3 days. I used the chat option and had an amazing representative named Mark. He walked me through my daughters prescription within a matter of minutes. He then referred me to another representative by phone as he didn't want my credit card info by chat. Molly was the person I spoke with by phone. I needed the lenses within 3 days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping but I was concerned that they wouldn't get here in time. Molly offered to send me sample contacts just so my daughter wouldn't be without! I couldn't believe it when a few hours later Mark emailed me to say the order had been filled and then shipped. I received it not 2 days later but the very next day! Even with the extra cost in shipping, the order was still less money than I usually pay. I will never shop anywhere else for contacts. Great company with amazing employees.

HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

I ordered on February 28th, and today is May 9th and they FINALLY shipped my order. I reached out 3 times to complain, and instead of apologizing they were super snarky telling me that it was a popular brand so it took a bit longer to send.

I ordered from American's Best and it was out in 3 days. I finally put in the order for American's Best and EZcontact's finally ships my order.

These Glasses are my all time favorite, brought back memories and get a lot of compliments as well. I get stopped by the older generation and get asked where I got them. The shopping in itself was pretty easy, I chose the frames I wanted, added my prescription and got them pretty fast for standard shipping.

Very high quality products. However, the delivery time was nearly 1 month even though the website listed in stock. Getting refunds also takes an excessive amount of time. Unsure if I will use the service again. The website is very user friendly.

My glasses were shipped to me quickly with no hassle. I even got a cute little spray bottle cleaner and keychain screwdriver to tighten the screws on my glasses. Very customer oriented feel.

Glasses took weeks to deliver

Glasses took too long to arrive. I had to call several times to find out my glasses were being made in another country and that was the hold up. Customer service was good. Quality was good. Just the delivery took too long.

Ordered my contact on March 25th, got a shipping notification on April 4th. The tracking information showed it was sitting in Miami for the next 9 days. I emailed them asking what was up and they could not give me an answer. They then offered to reprocess the order. I waited another few days and did not receive any shipping on the reprocessed order (still haven't). So, I ended up having to order my contacts from another vendor. I then emailed EZContacts and asked them to cancel the reprocessed order and refund my money. They never responded to any emails. I went back into the original order on their website and asked them to refund my money and still have not gotten a response. They took my money and never sent my contacts and are now not even responding to my emails. And, when I try to call I get put on hold for over an hour until I hang up out of frustration. They are thieves and liars. Don't purchase anything from them.

Don't waste your time

This company has the worst customer i have ever experienced! Takes over a month to receive my contacts each time I have ordered from them. Send emails to inquire about the status 3 times with no response, finally a week later someone responds with should be sent out soon. And guess what another week later, still nothing from customer service or shipping information.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered prescription sunglasses 55 days ago and they still aren't right. First order took 28 days and several calls, chats and emails. When they arrived the prescription was wrong. I sent them back. Received them back 22 days later and they are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. After both times I had my optometrist's office check the prescription. This time the script was right but the frames are bent and distorting the left lens. Would love to return them but they are closed for Passover holiday until April 29th! How can anyone stay in business with such crap service?

Been a recurring customer for years. Recently made a price match inquiry for the first time to their customer support email contact. No response for 2.5 weeks, followed by a reply asking me to contact the customer hotline instead. Finally spoke to someone, who refused to price match because I had used EZ points as part of the payment - disappointing service for a) not honoring the price match guarantee policy (I had used the points on something else had I known they had such policy) and b) slowness in their response (over 3 weeks to get a real response). Their products have been fine but will likely not come back given the recent experience.

Really bad experience here. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were guaranteed to ship within 2-3 days. 7 days go by without any response or update. I contacted them and was told it would be another few days. Another week later I contacted them again after no response. I was told that they were on a long back order and they weren't even able to give me a time estimate for another couple of days. If time is a concern, I would strongly avoid purchasing from this company!

I have ordered 2 times from them and the delivery for my contacts took over 10 days... I was caller 28 and waited on hold for 34 minutes! I questioned them about their 1-2 day shipping and notifying you within 24 hours if their will be a delay; she had no answer for me! Just OH we are out of stock and I will have our vendor ship them directly to you today and you should have them in 2 days... this has happened with both my orders... I am done!
