I have been buying my prescription glasses & contacts from EZ Contacts for a few years now. I've looked into & tried a couple different places before staying with them. They have quality eyewear for a reasonable price & they're great to deal with & when they run their sales it's even better. No need to look any further!
This is my second pair of glasses that I've ordered from EZcontacts. Long delivery time but excellent customer service.
Had the frames I wanted. The lenses are great quality. They had a wide selection of frames and several options for the lenses. I found my frames, entered my prescription, selected my options, chose my shipping options and it was all very easy. Not a single issue. Very satisfied.
My order has been "processing" since August. I finally sent an email asking and was told it's on backorder. There should be a way to know that on the order screen
Order Oct 3 have not received my order. A month from now to be exact. I was aware 3 weeks later that the frame is not in stock and it will be 2 more weeks. Would of been nice it they notify me before ordering to look somewhere else. My daughter has been going to school with broken glasses cause We have not received her glasses.

These guys used to be good but no longer. It takes in excess of two weeks for delivery and they advertise "Priority shipping". I know this as when I called in, I was "Caller # 1" for over an hour and I heard their false advertising about 10,000 times. They use the cheapest UPS and then USPS and USPS holds the package for several days before delivering. Their "tracking" shows it as being delivered on a certain day but that day comes and goes and no package. They close down for a week holiday but then don't process or ship a week on either side of the that time - with no notification. I actually did get through to customer service earlier but she hung up on me. They are very difficult to deal with and incredibly rude. Too many other options out there. Do NOT use. I tried calling back and was "caller #1" for over and hour (would hate to be Caller # 2!). They were obviously ignoring me. Total fraud company with no respect for customer or promises they make.

My sunglasses said 2-3 days delivery. It's been: 3 weeks. I still don't have them. Every time I call I'm told give it another week. Then they said they will over night then. None of the above happened. Hope it was worth the wait

"It took almost 2 weeks just to ship the lenses! There should be a notice that it could take up to two weeks to process the order. I'll for sure go somewhere else."
A wonderful costumer service representative, Sara, contacted me and explained that they had noted on the top of the website that they would be closed for the holidays. I unfortunately did not see that. That would explain the long shipping delay. I look forward to ordering again from this site in the near future.

I ordered sunglasses on 23rd September. It's been more than a month and I haven't received them. Customer service just keeps pushing me around saying it's shipped or it'll be shipped and I am frustrated right now. Will never order anything from here again. I don't recommend EZcontacts.

I've been using EZ Contacts for a long time!
The first time I bought from them I had a problem with the shipping but as soon as contact them, they sent me next day shipping. So I kept using them because of the better price on the market.
Today I receive another order and surprisingly they sent me a One-Day Shipping even though I had paid for a 3 day shipping! So, this for me was great and make me really happy.
I would recommend EZ Contact for all of my friends and family!

Only complaint is they smudge funny and easily. Style and colors are nice. A little loose but haven't been able to get in anywhere to tighten them.
My first experience with ezcontacts was amazing. At first I was a bit worried about if my glasses would fit but it did perfect fit
Very easy to order my eyewear. Emailed my new prescription and chose the eyewear that I wanted. I have been wearing my new glasses without no complaints.
Scratched lens should have sent me another pair without me having to spend time and money sending damaged pair back. Operator was okay leaving me dissatisfied. Never again.
I am happy to have done business with EZContacts. I didn't know who to shop with until I tried these guys. I'll be back to shop again very soon. I am so pleased with the service, and product quality. I am a happy camper:-)
My contacts took numerous weeks to show up, with no communication at all from them about the delay. Then, the packaging was clearly different from the original (I have bought these exact contacts before), and some of the boxes were open. Spend a little more money and go somewhere more legit and less "EZ".

Ordered two pairs of glasses on January 5th. After I placed order and had not received products, I was informed that the company was waiting to send until both pairs of glasses were ready and it would "take a while" since one of the pairs were apparently backordered after I placed my order. Weeks passed, so I contacted again and they ended up shipping one pair. I finally got my second pair after numerous phone calls and emails on MAY 16. If EZ Contacts had reached out to me during any of this, I would be less perturbed. I'll let you guess if I'm going to be a returning customer.
My order took forever to ship, I emailed EZcontacts and then I was told my glasses were taking long to ship because the manufacture was having some problems with my glasses. I think they were out of the style I choose. I totally understand that but I would of appreciated if they had sent me an update of the status the whole time I thought they had shipped them to me when in fact they had not!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
