Took over a month for my glasses to arrive and only then because I chased up.
I was able to purchase a pair of prescription Armani sunglasses. Not only was I able to customize almost all aspects of the frames/lenses, the price was impossible to pass up. Many distributors were out of stock on this pair and I was pleased with my entire experience on EZ. The sunglasses did take about 2-3 weeks to arrive which is average for custom, prescription lenses.
Name brand frames at the best price I have found. I can see as good or better than the over priced glasses from my optometrist.
I ordered and was told it would be awhile. I can't remember how long but I think maybe almost 2 months. Sorry I don't know.

From day one that I received my Versace glasses I emailed you guys stating that I needed to make a return. Reason being that I was not satisfied. I've sent about four emails and not one has been sent.
Ordered my exact prescription that I paid extra for and received bifocals. I paid extra for the type of lens and all the add ons to the lens.
My eyeglasses are great, very reasonable for over 50% discount, great lenses and delivery time is more than expected. No wonder ezcontacts is very famous and have excellent reviews. My spouse will have his prescription soon too and I will surely buy from here again. No more trips to optical stores coz they charge you 2 to 3x the price than here. I'm so glad I checked the price online first before I purchased from the store, otherwise I would have been ripped. I ended up buying a Versace sunglasses there though as I felt bad for the saleslady. My eyeglass is Gucci and it looks so awesome.

I think I said it all in my title review. Your CEO should anonymously call in with a problem and see just how shameful they are. They didn't follow the prescription they asked me to email to them and shipped the glasses with a lens out of the frame. Then they asked for additional costs to correct the problems
Let's start with shipping. Turns out they did not actually have the frames in stock. Did they call or email, no! I had to send 2 emails, website chat, and multiple phone calls. They seemed as if I was inconveniencing them! Lastly the glasses showed up and the lenses are messed up. When I tilt my head my vision goes blurry. I just don't wear them, $300 sink cost because I don't even want to deal with these people.
Excontacts has quality products with next level customer service! I've referred a ton of people to their site and they are all happy too! I'll definitely purchase all my glasses here.
Ordered glasses for my son and weeks passed with no glasses or info from them. I reached out by email twice - both times ignored. I reached out a 3rd time by chat and was told glass's are on back order, when I asked why no response or contact to let me know anything about my order it was blown off. Just the worst experience ever, took me reaching out to get any info at all from them and almost month to get pair of glasses that website says will ship within 3-5 days.
After receiving a defective pair of glasses (frames were damaged) and much communication with the customer service department (all good) A new pair was made and delivered (although it took over a month), and they were wonderful.
Took 6 weeks to receive the eye glasses I ordered. Every time I contacted someone from customer service they always would lie and say they're on there way which wasn't true.
From the time I ordered to the time I received was more than three weeks. Previously orders took one week or less

I've ordered for myself and others many times from the site and each time the glasses comes weeks and sometimes months late, if at all. Half the time they're not in stock when they say they are and if it says 2 to 3 days you can forget about it. One time I ordered for a friend and had to cancel the order over a month later because they hadn't even came. I love the prices but the customer service and lack of response is the worst. The to offer 15% off is a big slap in the face. I'm an international recording artist and I always love to tell people about sites that I find that has great products at a great price, like EZ Contacts. But this is one site I'll keep quiet about.
Was pleased with everything other than my own decision to go with single vision. Wish I would have given my actual( progressive rather than my single vision prescription) so that I can read with them,... that is my only delima
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
