Ez contacts is amazing and fast delivery. My package shipped out the same day I placed order. They are 100% authentic and even nicer in person. I will be purchasing these in gray as well. So in love
We were a bit disappointed in the time it took for the glasses to be delivered, but it was a complicated prescription.
They did turn out great and we are very pleased with the glasses and quality.
Very happy with the product and placing the order online for the prescription lenses was easy.
The only issue was, after I had already gotten a confirmation email from Ezcontacts for the purchase, a week+ went with no update on my order. I called and found out they had issues with PayPal payments and I got no notice that the pymt was not processed. So my order sat in limbo unnecessarily for over a week. Other than that everything else went smoothly.
Price was good, but the order took way too long to be processed. The delivery was as advertised.
Believe or not, I didn't receive the product yet! I already sent you a msg about it and so far the only answer I had was, ask your post office!
Sad to say this experience has been horrible. I ordered multiple frames from them and after over 4 weeks, have only received one. I was buying one as an identical replacement for a pair I already owned that broke, but they looked a little different. I took them to a prada certified eyeglass retailer who confirmed they were not authentic. Now I've been dealing with their atrocious customer service for weeks, explaining how I didn't receive my glasses, and they are lying about how I did (?) and also said one of the pairs is backordered and they would be happy for me to pick a different pair. I don't went that pair or any other fake pair, not to mention their shipping is shady and doesn't come from the US.

Shipping took forever (two days short of a month before they shipped) and the user experience was not friendly. I wound up with frames way too big for me. They look terrible and now I'm out the money. Will not be buying sight unseen again.
We use these folks for contacts in lieu of 1-800 contacts and get to save a bunch... They are affordable, ship fast and have great customer service.!
I received my contact lense order yesterday with the wrong prescription - Biofinity vs Biofinity Energys. This morning, I called the company and the customer service representative literally said nothing that would help resolve the issue, but rather proceeded to shift the responsibility to me for receiving the wrong order. She only apologized once I pointed out that in our entire conversation that she had not once apologized for my situation. It was a surreal experience that was going in circles, so I ended up abruptly ended the conversation. Needless to say, I will not order from this company again. I've ordered my contacts online from various distributors and this is the first time I've received the wrong order, but I suppose this situation shows the risk associated with ordering from a random online distributor.
They LIE so much...
If I could give minus 5 stars I would. The worst thing about them is that they LIE LIE LIE.
Ordered contacts on 11/29. Didn't ship. Called on 12/5 when shipping was going to happen. Was told "oh for sure no later than Monday 9th"... didn't ship.
Called on 12/11... they promised a "drop ship" same day, I would have them next day... didn't ship.
Called them again yesterday morning 12/11 to ask again.
Was promised AGAIN a drop ship yesterday and I would get tracking email shortly... didn't happen.
This is the 2nd time. I thought I'd give them another chance about a year later, thinking they fixed their shipping stuff.
In the mean time, I am running out of contacts.
Remember, they LIE LIE LIE to you every time you call.
So, EZContacts, now that you did it to me for the 2nd time, I will NOT ever order from you again!

I've been told over and over the glasses were shipping today. Glasses were never shipped and no one is responding. This company has a long history taking people's money and never delivering anything. I filed a police report

There was a bit delay in receiving them&every time I called it seemed like they were off or closed early.
Once received it was all in its original packaging and the beauty of these glasses made up for the delay.
I would def order from EzContacts in the future.
I waited 6 weeks for the first pair and they arrived scratched. They ordered a new pair but not sure how long it will be. I started this whole process 2 months ago.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
