Both pairs came with weak and deformed arms I don't know if the site sells cheap because they're damaged pairs but I am returning both

Product ordered showed it was in stock. It was not and took 2 weeks before the prescription was even started. My order took over a month from order date to date of receipt. I would have preferred an honest answer so I could have ordered elsewhere.
Ordered on 12/31, item paged stated 2-3 days processing time. Called for status on 1/8 was told will ship in 1-2 days. Called again on 1/13 was told will ship in 1-2 days. Same thing happened last yr when ordered. Good prices but be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for you order.
It took over a month to get my glasses that I desperately needed. When I originally ordered them, it said that it would ship in 2 days, however, the company closed for the Jewish holiday and did not communicate that it would delay my order. I had to reach out twice to check the status of my order. I think my order must've gotten lost because even with the holiday I had to wait a very long time for my order.
It took 2 months to get my glasses, and when I was advised to order another pair you guys didn't have it.

I ordered glasses that I had tried on in a eyeglass store that looked great on me. But when the glasses arrived the ear pieces were very bowed causing the glasses to be crooked. I returned them
I'll start this review by saying that I don't frequently post reviews. I thought I'd share my experience to help others.
The frames I got are real Giorgio Armani. The packaging was great. They came with a cleaning cloth, the original case and box, the certificate of authenticity, and even a mini screwdriver. Opening the box felt like Christmas morning. What I did not appreciate was the fact that I ordered non-prescription lenses to go in them with no coatings, and the website says that the glasses will ship the same day. I work for an optical lab, so I know exactly how long it takes to make non-prescription lenses with no coating: ten minutes. Four days later, no glasses. I emailed support to ask what was going on, and I received a nice reply back within a day saying that they were at the lab. Four days in the lab for ten minutes worth of work. I waited another four days and was about to give them a call when I received a confirmation email that my glasses had shipped. Granted, this was during Christmas time, so it could've been busy, but the truth is, our lab's turnaround on glasses is three days. This company did it in more than twice that. If there is a next time, I'll remember to order the frames with demo lenses so I can put them in myself.
It took a month to get and then they weren't the frames I ordered. I'm not sure what happened because I only looked at one style on their website. They were very nice and I have sent them back to get the correct style. Hopefully that doesn't take a month.
I did not receive my order for one month No communication from your company regarding the delay with my order. I had to call three different times. Was promised a callback from a supervisor which also never happened. You lost a loyal customer.
I have ordered from ezcontacts in the past and have been satisfied, however on my most recent order, it took a month for my glasses to finally make it to me. After a few weeks I sent an inquiry on my order, and I received a generic response a week later, telling me that the glasses were just about ready. Turns out it took another week and half to get to me. Not sure I'd recommend using EZcontacts in the future.
This is my 4th pair of glasses from EZ Contacts now and I am happy with my glasses obviously however I do wish they would be a little more forthcoming with the timeline on getting them to me. It has been the exact same scenario every time! After the website says they are available in 2-3 days I find out there is a delay in waiting for the frames from the manufacturer and it ends up being over a month! Luckily it's never an emergency but I do wish they would be a little more realistic with what they tell customers!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
