I have had two instances where the lens pop out of the frame. It was a real hassle to return them and get different frames. Not sure after being a long term customer I will be back. There are way too many options out there these days!
I ordered from this site because the turnaround time seemed so quick. After waiting two weeks I place to call to find out when my glasses would ship. I was told they still had not arrived from the manufacturer, and then once they do it would take. 5 days to process. Overall my whole order took one month to arrive to my house. That being said once I did receive them, they were just perfect.
The first time I ordered a pair of glasses they ended up going on back order multiple times and I was only notified once. I decided to give you guys another chance and ordered a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. They came pretty fast. The glasses showed as being available when ordered and then changed to available in a few days, and I was not notified. However my sunglasses came fast and are amazing. My main issue with this order is that the prescription on my regular glasses seem to be a bit off compared to my sunglasses, but I'm hoping that after a few more days my eyes might adjust and they will be better. Although I had some bumps along the way it is way more convenient to order online then go into a store and the little interaction I have had with customer service has been pleasant.
It take almost two months to get the glasses. And the quality on the glass is horrible. Now i have to take the glasses to the near vision center to get them right. I aint buying with them anymore.
I ordered my glasses that took 2 months to come in to then be told that the ones I ordered were not in stock and should have not been sold to me. Was offered a different pair and the glasses were flimsy not and to small for my face. Just will never order again.
Product took over a month to receive. I actually had to reach out to their customer service to find out the status... turns out my glasses were discontinued. I probably would still be in limbo waiting if I didn't reach out to them. I selected a new pair and received the glasses a week later. I would give them another chance as they did ultimately produce the glasses at a very reasonable price.
Everything fine, including the price, however took longer than expected. Glasses ordered on 12/31/19 and didn't arrive until 1/24/20.
I have always ordered through EzContacts and they've always done a phenomenal job. I tried ordering from other companies but they don't have the same details Ezcontacts has. They always add a cleaning spray, a tool to fix your glasses if they break or get loose, and a case.
On the last purchase I made they forgot the case and spray. I let them know in a feedback and not even an hour later they responded with a shipping number and had shipped the items to me. Customer service is amazing! 3 days later my items were delivered. I recommend Ezcontacts to anyone reading this feedback. You can't go wrong with them!

I was nervous ordering glasses online, but I must say that I am VERY impressed. The prescription was exact and the delivery of my glasses was very reasonable. I will definitely order from you again. I highly recommend EZcontacts!
Had to wait a bit because the frames I ordered weren't in stock but once they got them I had my glasses in just a couple of days. Very pleased.
Items do not come with the timeline they have on there website. They give no explanation of why or contact you to let you know it would be late. The only good this site offers is cheap frames. I guess you get what you pay for.
I love my glasses I was alittle impatent I wanted them sooner but over all everything turned out great.
I typically buy contacts every 3 months. Always super fast and easy. This time I bought glasses (first time in 6 years) love them!
The price is right HOWEVER if you need your glasses quick don't order from here. If you're willing to wait over a month, sure...
I ordered a pair of Gucci frames November 21st. I did not get them till the first week of January.
I called numerous times, and finally someone told me in December that they were on back order... NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DID IT STATE THIS. Annnnnoying
Try for the first time ordering online all good easy to order etc etc except I can't read I receive lenses with wrong PD. No Problems with Driving at night and watch TV but I see double and Blurry near.
I ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CLOTHS, SPRAYS, KEYS CHAINS THAT I USE TO TIGHTEN MY FRAMES OR MY DEMO LENSES. CHECK MY HISTORY WHICH WILL PROVE THAT I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED AND I NEVER COMPLAIN. BUT THIS TIME I'M VERY ANGRY. I WAS PROMISED ON JAN. 2,2020 THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THESE ITEMS IN THE MAIL, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I MUST CONSIDER IF I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE.
Frames are disappointing and look flawed. Correspond with Miriam. Took one mont to receive and I need the new prescription to see. Policy for return is disappointing. I requested new frames/lenses with returning the frames I have received due to the fact I need these to see. I cannot afford 4-6 weeks of processing time. I enclosed a picture in my original correspondence with Miriam explaining my dissatisfaction with the frame, meaning I do realize the pattern of the frame but this fram has an inch area of clear plastic that has no pattern at all and it looks ridiculous. I will not order from ezcontacts again
Great prices and great service. I've always found what I was looking for and the buying process is simple.
