I had a very pleasant conversation with a lady about returning my order. She assured me that I would be email the return shipping label would be sent out. I have not received that email yet and is't been 24 hours. They are very nice on the phone but why should I have to wait so long to receive an email. That email should have gone out before we got off the phone.
I ordered my Costa Del Mar Rincon sunglasses on the 4th of July and it's now the 20th. I have attempted to reach customer service repeatedly to understand why my order is being delayed as I understood that it would take 3 days to ship from their warehouse. All I need is some verification that they have even received my messages - which they claim will be responded to in 2-3 hours... If Covid has affected their ability to operate as their site claims they do, then TELL your customers something. I told them to cancel my order, but who knows if they ever read my message or not!?
This outfit doesn't sell real brands. They are Fake.
This was my first time purchasing from EzContacts and the experience was exactly what the company called for - EASY! They have a wide array of products and the designer frames I wanted. Their service was also top notch. When I needed to do a quick change of address, their Customer Support Team was helpful and ensured I received the help I needed. I would highly recommend them and use EzContacts again.
They were very easy to order from. It took a couple of extra days to receive my product but they were glasses so that's kind of understandable.

The prices are great, but my order was not fulfilled properly. I was sent a different color frame. When I called, I was on hold for 23 minutes, and hung up on in mid sentence. I sent the glasses back, and am still waiting for an update on my order. I'm not sure if I will get my glasses, a refund, or be left in the dark. Nobody will get back to me.
Lets start with price. Price was perfect. Prescription, perfect and on point. Delivery, as expected.
Was able to find the frame I wanted at a better price. My only issue is that whatever way the left lens was glued caught some type of debris and there is a bit of a thing caught in the edge of the frame. Nobody can really see it but it bummed me out a bit cuz I love the glasses a lot. The service was decent. Took a little longer than I would like but all in all pretty good and good quality product.
Glasses took almost a month, sent my glasses back and the return process is now taking a month. Which I might be more patient if they advertised accurate time frames. Impossible to reach customer service. Wish I could give less than one star.
I have bought a pair of glasses with EZContacts. Wrong lense but they're charging for freight and all incurred when needed for exchange. I end up and pay more.
Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses that were in stock, still hadn't shipped a week later so I emailed to ask the status. 1 week later and 3 emails with no response I canceled my order.
Everything was great, from the customer service agent who helped me file a claim with my insurance, to using my gas card to pay for them. Everything was made easy. My only issue was how long my classes took to get here. Apparently they were back ordered but there was nothing indicated of that before I made my purchase. It's only after two weeks I called and was told they'd be processed in another week. Other than that I love them. Came with a cloth and case as well. No other issues. Will definitely use again the in future.
Fair experience. Shipping and details took longer than expected but overall was satisfied with my purchase.
Unfortunately, I will never purchase from EZ Contacts again. This was my second and final purchase. The glasses are stretched out and won't even stay on my face. They look used and never should have passes quality control. Instead, they were fitted with my prescription. Since they can't be returned, I'm out over $250. I will make sure to let my friends and family know that they should avoid buying from EZ Contacts.
What a disappointment. I doubt anyone cares and they won't reach out.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
