The vendor took the time they said they would to fulfill the order and I got the glasses I wanted. The glasses turned out to be a bit darker shade than I expected, but that must be due to the monitor set up on my end. Not detramental.
I ordered a pair of MODO glasses with the highest density PC and edge polishing that they offered. I had a pair of the same glasses at home and was able to compare them.
Shipping & Ordering: I ordered the glasses on June 16 and I received them on July 3. I called about a week after I ordered them to find out what was taking so long, they told me that the frames were out of stock. I asked and they agreed to expedite shipping.
Glasses: The glasses arrived in nice packaging. When I compared them to my current pair, I found that the EZContacts version was not edge polished and was about 1 mm thicker.
I contacted them via email on July 6th and will update this with their response.
I needed glasses within 2 weeks because my glasses broke and contacts were expiring. Had purchased a pair, the next day received a email saying glasses were on back order and will take more than 15 days to ship. Called customer service and spent 40$ on a different pair. I waited 22 days for glasses which I thought would be delivered in 5-7 days. When they finally got to me they were the wrong color. I tried calling costumer service but the phone lines were down. This is my first time dealing with ezcontacts.
I found a pair of glasses that I loved, did a ton of research to see which site gave me the best price and EZContacts came through! Really happy with my purchase.

Ordered the glasses and they were sent promptly. Even came with extra lenses. Very happy with the glasses.
It's been a month and my glasses still have not been shipped. I emailed and they said they would receive them at the warehouse in 3-5 days. It's been a week and still nothing. I wish I saw the negative reviews before buying and I would not have. I bought sunglasses though.

This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to represent your company. If all calls made to inquire about specifics on a large purchase was handled with this much care, I would never have to shop outside again. Judy made this experience so pleasant and delightful that we were almost going to purchase these Cazal frames from another site because they were significantly cheaper, Judy put in the work, got us a great price match and we said why not do all are business with EZContacts! Judy should be given some type of commission check on our purchase alone. Great Job... we will back and tell everyone we know!
Called to ask why in the world is my contact order still sitting in processing from June 8th (today is June 23rd!). Put on hold forever to check on. Came back on and advised the right contacts are on backorder. No email received, no phone call or anything to advise anyone. That's quite a long backorder! Needed these for vacation July 2! Guess that's not happening. The girl that was helping me on the phone was supposed to be sending me an email to advise just how long the backorder is and I've never received any correspondence and in fact on hold again (caller number 12)! Wonder what BS I'll be told this time! They could care a less about their customer care. Go somewhere else!
Good brand and I really like it. I'll share that website with my family and friends. I'll order more soon.

I am still waiting for my correct glasses...
I placed my order 7-8 weeks ago. I received an order a month later and it was with the wrong glasses and receipt with personal information of another customer. I contacted the customer to make her aware that I received her order and asked her to see if she had mine. I contacted EZContacts that day and they were closed early because it was a Friday. I called on Monday morning to make EZContacts aware of the issue. I requested that my new order be processed immediately. I assumed this would be stating the obvious since it was their error and it had been several weeks already. The person I spoke with said "she would see what she could do". A week and a half later I called to check the status and NOTHING had been done. The CSR said they were waiting for the wrong glasses I received to be returned before they replaced my glasses. This is unacceptable to me. I wasn't told that I needed to return the other persons glasses BEFORE I received my correct order. I have no problem returning the glasses, but it shouldn't be holding up the processing for my glasses. I paid for my order and I am still waiting for them to correct the error. Last I heard the frames are on order... who knows if that is true. I am still waiting and very disappointed in this experience.
Glasses took 2 1/2 months to arrive due to various technical issues. Took multiple phone calls to get information on status. Staff were helpful, but would have appreciated more timely followup at many stages of the transaction. Sometimes they gave me inccorect information. And their time estimates were always incorrect. My glasses are great, but I had to email twice before I was given the notification that they were being shipped. Websites says 7-10 business days (including COVID) but i waited nearly 20 business days.
I asked for right lens to be Plano NOT left lens. Script was given for left lens and they did both lens Plano! NOT happy! Will not order from you again! Read the notes next time. Clear as day!
DONT BUY anything here, they have advertising deceitful. I order a pair of glasses with shipping of 2-3 days today is one week from the purchase and did not have any updates from them. Today call customer service and they tell me they don't have the glasses at the time and the estimate for my shipping is 2-3 WEEKS.
This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online. They came out perfect. I wish the frames were a little thicker but that's the downside of not being able to try on the glasses.
I recommend this website the frames and service are easy to use, they have so many options and the quality is excellent.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
