This is a horrible company to deal with, I would not recommend buying f rom them, I ordered a box of contacts and they are not the correct ones, not sure if they are boxed wrong or what but they just keep giving me the run around about returning them or exchanging them. BUYER BEWARE. Buy at your own risk.
Love the efficiency and fast shipping. Easy to find what I need and the facial recognition portion is a great feature
Lots of caveats about Ezcontacts. Before you order message them to make sure the glasses or lenses you want are in stock at the warehouse. If they are not don't order because your order will take forever or not ship at all. Next they ship using DHL which is terrible. DHL has a horrible reputation and is notorious for losing packages. If I were you I would request my item shipped with USPS. Now for my experience: I ordered L. A.M. B LA045 eyeglasses in tortoise on a Monday morning and recieved my glasses on Friday morning of the same week. This is not usual with this company but like I said I made sure my glasses were in stock at the warehouse and my prescription is rather simple. I was sent a shipping confirmation on Tuesday around 11 a.m. and it was shipped via DHL express. DHL is the worst but somehow I got lucky. Once USPS took over I knew I was home free. Needed a new pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses after my prescription changed--these guys had it for the best price out there. Responsive customer service helped me find the best lens option for my needs. There was a little miscommunication in the order that caused a little delay, but they quickly corrected it and expedited shipping for me to make up for it. Will definitely return when I need new glasses in the future.
Glass frames were prettier than shown and fit very nicely! Service/delivery very good

Very helpful and easy to work with, they recommended these best lens and should have listened totally my fault trying to save a couple of bucks, my bad! Otherwise they were great happy with my purchase.
The contacts have been shabby the last few times. Numerous lenses are misshapen and cannot be used. This most recent order is very late. The only notification is a message apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't want an apology, I want the items I paid a lot of money for.
Ordered glasses and the lenses were wrong. Sent them in for an exchange yet there is no tracking or any way for me to see if they got them. Also semi disappointed as i believed they would arrive much quicker for the price of the shipping.
I've always had competitive rates and prompt delivery of my contacts. No complaints.

After dealing with a snarky employee, I was able to accomplish what I went to their website for. However, I will not be ordering from them again, due to this one, rude employee.
I had no problem getting established with EZContacts the first time I used their service. Guess what... Reordering is even easier! Ordering contacts used to feel like a chore. Now, it's a breeze!
I been waiting for over a month and a half to receive my glasses, I contact the customer service to asking about it, and they told me that the glasses wasn't available at the moment.

I was going to order the same glasses at my doctors office with the same prescription and lens but it was as over $100 more expensive. Finding the frames on this site made me order and the finish product and fast delivery was a pleasant surprise.
I placed an order at the beginning of November, 15 days later I contacted the company to ask why it hasn't shipped and I was told just "Covid". I contacted EZcontacts again today to follow up (an entire month later) and I was told oh your contacts are out of stock. According to their website, the company will contact you within 24hrs if your lenses are out of stock - it took multiple attempts at contact and clearly multiple excuses, and the company has no idea what they are going. I ended up asking for a refund with cyber Monday deals going on with their competitors I have no reason to continue using such a poor company.
Its been over 5 weeks and I still did not receive my order. After multiple calls, multiple e-mails where I have been told they will send it in 5-7 days than 7-10 days still nothing. They did not hesitate to charge my card. There was no mistake there, but they blamed the merchant for shipping the wrong product to their store. Online availability says 2-3 days. I ordered them on october 15th and i am writing my review on November 27th still without frames in my hand. If I could I would give bellow 0 stars.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
