I ordered some lens cleaning solution yesterday and I would not be able to rate my experience until I receive the items.
The on line ordering process was straight forward and easy to complete. They verified my prescription with my eye doctors office which made me feel confident I would receive the correct prescription. The contacts shipped quickly but they were delayed along the shipping route. I emailed Customer Service and they managed to find the issue and get the contacts moving again. I had my contacts within a couple of days of submitting the issue.
Shipping was much slower than expected, shipping updates stopped for a long while. When I reached out to customer service with EZ and the carrier- I did not get any answers. Long after I expected them, they finally showed up.
Nice inventory, but dumbfounded by the lack of customer service. No responses to chats, emails or calls.
Never got product. Takes all day to get a callback and then it's a runaround. Nothing professional about the whole experience (scam). You have been warned, run for it! If it's too late, get a lawyer.
I ordered a set of frames on 12/26/20 and the site stated 'Ships Same Day'. Great, I say! Great pricing, too!
I instantly was charged and I patiently waited on an update. Because of the holidays, I decided to wait as long as I felt was fair so I waited until 1/4/21 to ask for an update.
Fast forward to 1/12/21, eight days later, still nothing. No response to my inquiries. I disputed the charge with my bank on 1/12/21 and suddenly on 1/13/21, I received an email from EZContacts saying that the frames that I ordered are out of stock and I could wait 2-3 weeks or order a different pair. I could even cancel if I'd like.
I immediately replied asking them to cancel my order. Still no response to that.
Checking their site at this very moment, the frames still show in stock and "ships same day".
Stay away from this fraudulent company that charges you immediately when placing the order and does not ship right away even though their site states that they will. They also do not reply to emails in a timely fashion and sit on your money.
I've bought numerous sunglasses from EZ Contacts. They have great products, the best prices, and overall excellent customer service. I only buy from them n ow and highly recommend them.
I ordered prescription designer sunglasses with progressive lenses with prisms. When I received the glasses I couldn't see very well out of the lenses, but I understand it may take some time for my eyes to adjust to the prisms. Well, 4 weeks and 3 falls on the sidewalk because I can't see, I can't get in touch with support. I have called 4 times without ever being connected to a person. I have waited over 30 minutes on hold twice. I have requested a call-back 2 with no results. I have emailed support about this issue twice. It's unfortunate that my only choice left is to dispute the charge on my credit card. And I really, really liked the glasses - I just want to be able to see out of them. Heavy sigh.
No problems. Price is the best I've found for my brand and prescription.
It was the first time I ordered my eyewear on a website so I was skeptical. EZ Contacts made it so simple! I was initially drawn to them because the glasses I chose at the Optometrist's office would have cost me $160 more! I love this company!
Repeat customer. Great prices on frames and lenses. I will continue to use.

These contacts were very easy to work with The prescription was correct and they were very comfortable to wear. I bought my other ones and I like these better. I wish I could send the other ones back.
The contacts were junk. I emailed for months and months trying to get a refund before finally giving up. Their customer service was terrible.
I really hate to make bad reviews because I always try to solve things by talking, but this company really has people who talk very well, it is a shame to hide the real situation of purchases from its customers! Four calls two different people and the same excuses... and to make the refund worse it will take longer than the deadline on my glasses should have been delivered.
Ordered contacts that said were in stock and would be delivered withing 3-6 days. After 4 days I called to check in due to my order still saying processing. I was then informed that they did not have these contacts in stock and they should be in within a few days. Called in multiple times to check on my ordered and was continuously lied to on the status of my order. I was told they would send 2 free pairs priority shipping (2 days) and would have them by monday because at this point I had been waiting 3 full weeks without contacts. Called on tuesday because they still had not sent them out! I cancelled my order and they said they sent out my free pairs and theyd be here in a week... that isnt priority. Will never use this company or recommene to anyone.
I ordered contacts they never checked with my eye care physician sent the wrong lenses when I sent them back instead of 180 day supply I got a 30 day supply called customer service was on hold for an hour three different times still haven't heard back from them worst experience ever
I placed an order 17 days ago and the status of this order states it has not left the warehouse. I e-mailed EZ Contacts a few days ago without a reply, chat function is not really operational. Today I called and literally have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I wish I read these reviews first.
Product labeled in stock and ready to ship. After 17 days of no updates, I called. I was told my product was out of stock and would not be available for over a month. The product was still labeled in-stock on the website at this time as well. I was told I could change my order to something else. Why would I place another order with EzContacts, after you failed on my first? I canceled my order and ordered with a more reputable business, at a lower cost to my pleasant surprise.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
