I have to say that my experience ordering frames was nothing short of outstanding. Customer service was courteous, efficient and accommodating. They honored a coupon after I had already paid for the frames and they had been shipped. They also sent me complementary caring products for my glasses making my purchase experience a great one. I will DEFINITELY use EZContacts in the future and I highly recommend them.
Forget about FAKE vs REAL. The orders wont even ship for more than a month.
I ordered sunglasses from EZContacts and was told that it will be shipped in 7-8 days. It has been more than a month and I have written 5 times to the company only to receive a reply that the order will be shipped in the next 2-4 days. Call number would make you wait for 3-4 hours only to repeat what was written in the email. I wanted the glasses for a trip that has already happened but the glasses are yet to be "shipped". All the 5 star reviews are probably paid. I thought of ignoring the 1 star reviews which tell you how people are still waiting since 2 months only to receive a fake pair of sunglasses. I went ahead and bought the glasses because of a heavy discount. The glasses literally wont be delivered. Don't fall for this trap. It is a real trap. I am still waiting on the customer care number while writing this review since the past 50 mins. Smh.
Placed an order on April 18th. Called several times, only got a person on the phone once (one week after ordering), who said that my contacts would ship out on Monday. They did not ship out until over a week after that on the 4th, and I did not receive them until the 10th. They were the wrong contacts, and were not the type specified in my prescription, which I provided at the time of my order. Customer service reset my call after being on hold for an hour (sent back to the initial call funnel). The chat customer service suggested I place a new order, and return the contacts. The first question I was asked was whether the product was unopened. There was no empathy, and no attempt to resolve my issue. I had to explicitly ask for a return label, as it was not offered to me. Stay away from this company.
I ordered glasses for my trip never received them nor got my money refunded
It took over a month to get my contacts... with no communication from EZContacts. Terrible. Will never do business with again.
They did not send me my order foe a month, while it was supposed to get in a few days. They even did not inform me about my package
Looked in person, found them for $309 but bought them here for $59. Perfect. I love my frames. Thank you.
Spent $300++ for Dior sunglasses but they came in the plastic bag with envelope case, no box, no authentic card. The sunglasses look good but no guarantee they are authentic.
I ordered the Oakley Tie Breaker with an RX. EZContacts fulfilled my prescription correctly and hassle free. The price was much better than at the optician's clinic. My order took about a month to come in since I needed prescription lenses.
I have used EZContacts for several purchases of high end glasses & prescription sunglasses. They never disappoint! All of my purchases have been shipped within 2 weeks and they are authentic name brands.

Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I would be fine with this, except that the site said the frames would be two to three days. Customer service has been slow or unresponsive. First set said to have shipped, but no tracking info and no glasses. I still don't know when or if I'll get the second set I paid for, and they didn't bother to even expedite shipping. Just stay away.

Fast and inexpensive for hard to find name brand, great customer service
EZ Contacts sent me the wrong prescription because they did not check it before sending my contact lenses; I had to wait another 10 days to received the correct prescription. The boxes I received are clearly marked "sample, Not for sale". I have been ordering contact lenses for the past 25 years for me and family members and this is the first time I encountered so many problems with a retailer. EZ Contacts has 415 complaints on BBB and a ton of bad reviews. I should have done my research before ordering from them.
I had my prescription changed after the first order but they were easy to return and to get the better set!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
