They live up to their name making it easy to order. I accidentally ordered the wrong brand and was promptly able to return and receive a refund.
The site was easy to navigate, found what I needed in a matter of a couple of minutes. I uploaded my RX and placed my order. I received my order in 4-5 days.
I payed for 1 day shipping and they have been processing my order for a week and on top of that I was charged for 1 day shipping I don't know how hard it is to ship out Saint Laurent glasses from a warehouse complete bogus don't shop from them.
As a first time customer to EZContacts I am very disappointed in their customer service! I have tried unsuccessfully for 4 days to get in contact with customer service. I called for 3 days and a recording said to call back. I called on the 4th day and a recording said to leave your number and they would call ME back. They never did! I called back and was put on hold for 3 hours! They sent me the wrong prescription for the contacts I ordered. I can't wear them and I am out $120! I am furious!
After purchasing Rx glasses from this site, I was a bit skeptical (rightfull so) for the reason that my lens were beyond wobbly in my frame (I thought that was how they were supposed to be). After sending my glasses into Revant optics for a new updated prescription, I immediately noticed that the spectacles that they provide me with had ZERO wobble with my lenses, and immediately figured out that this company does not provide a quality product. I will never purchase from them again. I will buy my frames third party and send them to revant optics for the best quality possible.
Website stated the item I wanted was in stock with "2-3 day" processing time. It turns out it was not in stock, but they failed to notify me after I placed the order. After 10 days I contacted them only to learn that they didn't have it in stock and were waiting from the supplier, "in 5-7 days". Again I waited. After another 10 days, I get the same story, "in 3-4 days". It has now been a month, and I still am getting "in 3-4 days". It has been a month and no help still. Makes me think this place is just a scam! Over a month of broken glasses frames is frustrating. I have new lenses so was hoping to not have to get new frame design, but I give up on this place! Very frustrating. I wish they were more honest.
I have been waiting 14 days for my contact order. I have attempted to call text and email this company and have yet to get a response. Tracking shows that my contacts are not even in route yet. I sent an email requesting that my order be canceled and they never acknowledged it nor canceled the order. On their website I was told no one was available to speak to me so I sent several replies stating cancel my order cancel my order still no contacts no canceled order no contact with/from this company at all. The only thing that's easy about this company is the way they take your money. In this day and age of struggling businesses all it would take is one text showing that they actually cared about their customers concerns and I will be satisfied. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. I'm afraid I have just lost all my money
Ordered a years supply of daily contacts, good price, fast delivery, very satisfied.
My husband and I visited Echopark this summer to find a vehicle for my kids. We worked with Stephanie P. During our visit and had a good experience. She wasn't pushy and was very patient during the process. We ultimately decided to wait to purchase a car due to the high demand for used cars and the price increase in general. We recently started looking at vehicles again and decided to return to Echopark because of the condition of the vehicles we test drove, and also due to the positive customer service experience we received from Stephanie and other staff members. Upon our return to the dealership, we were able to work with Stephanie again, and we examined and test drove the car we researched online. The car was in really good condition, and it was well taken care of by the previous owner. My daughter really loved the car, so we purchased the vehicle. The overall experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Echopark in Duluth, GA to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. The staff are friendly and it is a no pressure environment, (which is always a plus). Ask for Stephanie P., she did a great job.
Trash company. Who's giving all these reviews? I ordered glasses in September. It is now December and I haven't received them. I been calling and emailing trying to get a refund at least and they ignore everything. Scam operation.
My son was running out his bi-weekly contacts. I was scrambling to order some for him to wear after the holidays. His contacts used to be ordered by the eye clinics. This is my first time to order contacts on my own. I had to learn the meanings of the mysterious code on the prescription. Fortunately, I found ezcontacts.com with good price and clear input form. I typed the prescribed numbers on the form and submitted a scanned copy in a late night. In the next morning around 9am, I received a message from ezcontacts.com telling me I missed a piece of important information about astigmatism of one eye on the prescription. They helped me correct the information and order the right contacts. That was great! In terms of delivery, I was unsure how long the contacts would be delivered. Most of places I searched indicated it might take several weeks to deliver due to the recent supply-chain issues. However, ezcontacts surprised me to deliver the contacts within 6 days after the order. Now my son has his contacts after the New Year's holiday when the new semester starts. Thanks for the excellent services from ezcontacts.
I told them my order was a Christmas present yet they continued to delay my refund/replacement. Don't order unless you want your order to arrive in 3 months.
My order was a Christmas gift for my gf I was order would ship Dec 6 called Dec 20 order was never shipped
Ordered my glasses on Sept 19th.
I contacted them a couple of times but received no support so I ended up cancelling when they say I'm never receiving my glasses.
I leave a bad review here and then they tell me they have the glasses by replying to a comment. It's me the one that has to find a way to contact them in order to ask about the glasses and they say they will ship them in a week (they hadn't done this before because they didn't care, they only cared when I left a bad review).
I received the glasses 3 months after ordering (Dec 16th).
Very upset and disappointed with EZContacts, never buying from them again.
My new lenses do not meet the prescription (or something is wrong with the orientation/visual fied) and give me headaches. EZcontacts is allowing me to return the glasses for a refund (per their 100% satisfaction guarantee) but I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Not quite a guarantee in my opinion since the problem is their mistake, not mine.
Worst online eye contacts company in existence. I received wrong prescription for my son and did not realize until he opened one box. I returned order. I was charged for difference in new order. Never received it. Instead I received a partial refund and am now out almost $80. You can never get anyone to answer phone. Customer service is non existent.
Been using this company for several years an never had a problem and love the contact case I got with last order
They were not only the cheapest online provider for the contacts I needed, but they were honest about their price from the start and provided free and fast shipping. Would certainly recommend them and use them again.
I had to pay for return shipping, not sure if any e-commerce these days charges for that, won't use their service again.
Took too long to get my order and when I got my order the glasses were not straight. One side was higher than the other.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
