Took way too long to ship. Ordered on December 14, shipped on December 30, Arrived January 5.
I ordered glasses last year, and it is now March, and still don't have them. I think the site is a scam.
I am so angry I could spit! I ordered eyeglasses in 12/21. It is now 3/1/22 and I still don't have my eyeglasses! Nuf said.

Let me just say! It's one thing when you have a item for sale and the description details for something says it will ship in 4-5 days and nowhere does it states business days. I made sure before I completed my order. But to say it has now been 9 days and still no order shipped! On top of that I did 2 day shipping. This company is a joke and this was my go to place. Also the customer service is horrible. Well let me rephrase that because you can never reach no one via phone! When you chat that also takes 3 days for a response and when you get a reply another 3 days. I will not refer anyone to this company again or use myself! Worst experience EVER I spent almost $450 this should've been a great experience! Don't waste your time with them unless you have time to wait on your items
They don't pick up the call when calling their customer service line when having issues, so you have to email them. It takes a few days for them to respond. I paid shipping for 4 pairs and only one got shipped. Waited for a month for the rest then had to cancel then hey refunded a wrong amount less than I paid for. It is a nightmare! Wanted to leave this review to their website but it doesn't seem like they accept one star review.
I searched a little bit for the best price, including shipping & handling fees. EZContacts was the best price and I had no problem with the shipment or billing. I would order again from EZContacts.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
