I ordered contacts knowing that the company would have to contact my eye doctor to verify the script. Unfortunately they did not do that and I had used the wrong script when I ordered the contacts. I asked for my contact script but was given my eye glass script. Needless to say I got the wrong contacts. No worries though, for a nominal shipping charge EZContacts was able to send me the correct prescription. So the moral of this story is... make sure your prescription is correct before submitting.

The glasses themselves are great, fit well. The prescription works. Return policy and exchange took work. The only way I was able to send back glasses to exchange was to do a return then spend a lot of time trying to get a person (weeks no lie) to explain what I needed. Once I got a person it was easy as pie. Things do move slowly depending on what you want, though. I started this all on Jan 6 and between returning for exchange and getting them back took just under four months. A good 3 weeks was spent trying to get in touch with anyone to talk about the exchange and what I was looking to have done. When you do get a person they are very friendly and eager to help. So it's a mixed bag and you need to be patient.
It took over 5 weeks to get my glasses. And they were done incorrectly. I didn't bother going back to get them fixed because customer service wasn't very responsive.

This was my first and last time ordering prescription glasses from EZ contacts. It took over a month to receive my order and the glasses weren't wearable. Luckily the local eyeglass shop does free adjustments. I realize they can't fit you virtually but they were so bent out of shape that it wasn't even a basic starting point. Very odd. Poor experience overall. I tried to return them and just keep getting an error message.
I ordered a pair of glasses on 03/15/2022 and the estimate shipment was 5-7 days online but still no glasses or update online (03/29/2022) so I decided to send an email, the response was it takes 4-6 weeks to have the prescription glasses so I changed for a pair that ships same day according to the website called a day after to inquire, Well the lady said they will be ready by 04/08/2022. I'm really frustrated. It's not a way to do business.
Ordered some perscription raybans and EZcontacts managed to mess up most every aspect of them. The frames were correct but they had the wrong reflective coating, the polish job was terrible, and worst of all when I had them tested at eye doctor the perscription in the lenses didn't match. The eye doctor said its typical of these online retailers to usually mess up the perscription. It took longer to receive the glasses than they advertised. I attempted to get an "expedited exchange" for correctly made lenses, but after waiting 3 weeks their CS had no idea when the return would even be processed, let alone shipped back to me. I asked for a refund. They shorted me on the refund. I emailed them and they "fixed it" but the refund is still short by a few cents. It takes days for CS to respond to emails and they do not answer their phones. My eyesight is too important for all of this nonsense.

I came back to see if this company still exists. Even reached out to the CEO on LinkedIN to give him a scathing piece of mind... PEOPLE turn this company in... stop purchasing from them
I ordered glasses and paid. Two days after, I get an email that says the blue light coating, that was INCLUDED as an add on in the price of the glasses, cost an ADDITIONAL $100 more than I paid (already over $225). I told them to cancel the order. When you pay for something and get a receipt with the details of what you ordered/are paying for... it should be like a contract. Not an option to add money on two days later. I received confirmation that the order was cancelled and I would be refunded. But it's been over 7 BUSINESS days and no refund on my card. I call and it says the company is not taking calls. I wrote an email and no response. I did the online chat on their site and no response. It's 100% wrong and totally shady.
Ordered March 12, today March 18 still not shipped. Shipping should take place the next workday. With tracking number.
I was very nervous ordering glasses online but the guidance and customer service made the experience way easier than I expected. They also matched a lower price I received from a different site. Any questions I had along the way were answered at a quick pace via email. My glasses are perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
IVE ORDERED FROM HERE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS W/ NO ISSUE. BUT RECENTLY PLACED MY SAME ORDER OF CONTACTS THAT I ALWAYS ORDER, SAME PRESCRIPTION AND I GOT THE RUNAROUND. FIRST I PAID FOR 3-5 DAY SHIPPING ON 3/5 AND THEN ON 3/9 WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A WEEK 3/16 BECAUSE MY CONTACTS WERENT IN THE WAREHOUSE AND WOULD BE RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE & SHIPPED BY 3/18. I CALLLED ON 3/16 TO CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER AND IM TOLD MY CONTACTS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED. SMH ALL THE WASTED TIME WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER WAS PLACED LIKE IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
At the website, it says that it takes 3 to 5 days or something like that to receive purchases. I purchased glasses with a prescription an waited a month before contacting them. They told me I can wait another month, so I did. After that, I still didn't get the glasses, so I contacted them again, and then they told me they needed to cancel the order.
I cancelled an order at a competing site because EZcontacts claimed to have the same frames in stock for delivery in 1-2 days. 2 weeks later, the order has not been updated. I had to contact customer support for an update. I was told that it would be another 1-2 weeks due to unavoidable shipping delays from their supplier. I'm OK with supply chain issues and FedEx's escalating inability to deliver packages in a timely manner. I'm NOT OK with businesses that mislead customers with false claims about available inventory.
Do NOT order from EZcontacts. I still have not received my order for contacts that was placed in February. Customer service is horrible, they are just ignoring me. I had to order contacts from another company and have them overnighted because I ran out.
Two days ago I ordered a pair of Brooks Brothers frames after I was told the frames were in stock and would be shipped immediately. Today I checked online and the frames had not been shipped. Then I called EZ Contacts and was told the frames were not in stock and had to be ordered. Based on my experience, those who sell frames will do whatever is necessary to get an order including lying to potential customers! On March 14 I received an email that my order was shipped. Today, March 18, I still have not received my order. I went to its website to track my order and it stated my order had not shipped. I called once before at about 10:00 am. and I got a recording that the business was closed. I sent an email today and got no response. I set notice to cancel my order tonight, then I went back to track my order and there was a new tracking site from DHL that stated my order was on the way. Why this company could not have sent the small package USPS I don't know? In my opinion potential customers SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
