This company refuses to answer their phones. They also have stopped responding to my emails and their Facebook messenger just gives auto responses. I would not recommend using this company.
Great experience got exactly what I wanted at a lower cost and quick delivery. Will definitely purchase from them again.
Check out their instagram comments. People have so many complaints and not one response. They just hide their comments. I placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses and only received one. Not to mention they look old and used. I've sent multiple emails for the last month and no response. I checked out their social media and it seems like they have done this to multiple people. I don't know how this company is still in business. They should be shut down. I've also commented a bunch of times and they actually "hid" my comments meaning they saw it and went out of their way to hide the comments so they can keep their litter scam going.
Waiting over 9 weeks now for one of my products that stated it would be available in 15days……. Suggest you do not order items unless they are in stock.
I ordered on Feb 2nd 2022, until today May 1st 2022 it still haven't arrived.
Shipping took a while but the product was great. $150 less than price at my optician's office for the same frame
Worst experience. Would not ever recommend in any way. Go somewhere else.

I bought Prada sunglasses advertised as new and legitimate. The price wasn't very cheap either. What I got was completely unacceptable. The box is in terrible condition, so are the lenses. Just look at the pictures!
Ordered Prada sunglasses for my wife, week later contacted to aske why there is no updates on my order. Was told that they don't have it in stock and I need to wait 2-3 weeks. After waiting for another 2 weeks contacted them again and got same copy paste message back. Scam. Not issuing refund on request. Not sure how stores like that even exists today?
I ordered from ezcontacts in the past which was a good experience but this last order has been a headache I place my order on the 30th of march it is now April 25th with no updates they are impossible to get ahold of to even speak with anyone and when you do get hold of someone they'll lie and say your order will be delivered on the 18th well that day has came and passed. Sent them a email to have my order canceled last week they tell me I can't because they're in the lab and said I can send them back if I don't like them I can't send something back I don't have. I jus sent them another email today saying if my glasses don't ship in the next couple of days I want my money bank or dispute it with my bank it's not like this is little money this is over a 600 dollar order with nothing to show for DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ordered from benesee last week glasses are already on the way
Somehow I forgot to add the transitional to my order, so I contacted them and sent them back and they made me a whole new pair of glasses very fast and shipped them back out to me!
On April 6, I ordered RX eyeglasses, with their standard policy to ship RX orders within 3-5 business days, and paid for expedited shipping since I was traveling out of country in 2 weeks. I checked the order status daily, and the status never moved. I was patient and gave them time to meet their commitment, and messaged on April 15 after 7 business days. They sent me a fairly quick response which was a canned "we know you're excited about your great looking glasses, it will take 5-7 business days." Well, an hour later when I saw the message and replied, we had crossed 1 pm Friday, and there is new messaging on the website since my order where they are completely closed for Passover for the next 10 days until April 25. Why would you send a note that it will take 5-7 business days when you're getting ready to walk out the door and the company is closed for all business and support for the next 10 calendar days, and your website says no orders will be processed until April 25? So it seems that the earliest they will ship is 3 weeks after the original order — but I don't know if that's 5-7 business days after they return, or after my original order… Who knows — I doubt they even looked at my order when I messaged, but instead clicked the canned reply and walked out of the office leaving their customers in the wind for 10 days.
I obviously cancelled, but I definitely wish I had known the truth when I first ordered so as not to ruin my new glasses before my international trip. Or at least, it would be nice to not get a canned response 1 hour before leaving for 10 days.
I appreciate holidays, but you can't operate a business this way.
I ordered contacts, they took my money, and I assumed everything was going fine. Then a week went by, then another, then another - no word. I emailed and asked for an update, they said they would be getting them soon.
This company will take your money even though they don't have access to the product you are ordering, AND will not give you any idea as to when they might have the product for which they took your money.
Great price, fast shipping even if I chose the free shipping option (was delivered in CT in 5 working days), product in perfect condition. I was a bit confused while ordering as the card billing address did not allow foreign countries overseas, but it worked out
I had to do a prescription redo. It took a little longer than I expected, but that could have been because I upgraded the AR coating. The returned product is great, though. Actually, even the original order was great, but I needed a slight change to my prescription and wanted to upgrade the AR coating.
Be aware that customer service is mostly via email; chat and phone are never available. However, you generally don't need to contact them. My initial order took about 14 days and the redo took about 20 days, inclusive of shipping times. Overall, the savings are worth the wait.

Bought these glasses online because of the low price on designer frame.
Also, at same time, had Costco replace lenses in 2 of my old frames with same Rx. The Costco lenses are much easier to see with. Clarity at distance with Costco lenses is better also. These lenses are of noticibly lower quality. If the frame shifts sloghtly the view blurs. Very irritating. Im going to now have Costco replace these lenses at additional cost. Sorry, I cannot reccommend this company.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
