Wow - this was my first order thru EZ Contacts USA and I found it to be super quick & easy. The most difficult part was deciding what color contacts to buy bc the savings were so significant! Will order again.

I'd give zero stars if I could... Placed my sunglasses order on Sunday 6/26 and paid expedited 2 Day shipping to insure I'd have them for the following weekend. Finally received a shipping email on Wednesday 6/29 so I'd expect delivery on Friday 7/1. Checked the tracking and the sunglasses didn't actually ship until Thursday 6/30 and with the 4th of July holiday, my order isn't expected to be delivered until Tuesday 7/5... 9 days after I ordered them and paid for 2 Day Shipping
I tried calling customer service multiple times on Friday 7/1 and when I finally got through, the representative confirmed that they had messed up, offered to refund the expedited shipping charges but had to transfer me to another department to issue said refund... needless to say I was on hold for 35 minutes and nobody ever came on the line... why couldn't the rep I was talking to just issue me the refund? I had to get off the line to go back to work so I figured I'd use the chat feature... sent through my issue and the response I got said someone would respond in a few hours... what's the point of having a chat feature if nobody is on the other end? I also never got a response to my chat request... common theme with this place
I then tried calling in again and they were now closed... at 12:45pm! Apparently customer service only works 9a-1230p on Fridays... must be nice
Horrible experience with EZcontacts... now I just have to hope that my sunglasses aren't counterfeit... I'm not holding my breath

Trying to get a refund from you has seems to be very difficult I've had five different emails go back-and-forth about how I'm going to require this credit.
I purchase 2 par of sunglasses on 2 separate times and they never give me update of the status of my order. All they says was check next week... very unprofessional. They don't have their items in stock but let us purchase it without giving any updates. BTW on website It doesn't show up as out of stock. Very disappointing. Galvin was the representative who says to me to check back in a week for my order...

I ordered two packs of lenses, but it got lost on the way. I tried to contact them via email and phone, but they just ignored and barely responded. If it was a $20 thing I wouldn't have cared but its $#*!ING MORE THAN $400! I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY JUST IGNORE ME
I ordered two sets of eye glasses over the course of the last 18 months. In both cases, when I ordered; I was told 2 to 3 days to produce them. In the 2nd circumstance they already had my prescription. For the 1st pair, They were over 3 weeks late in shipping the lenses. In the latest or 2nd circumstance, I called one week after the original order. I was informed that the eye glasses would ship in 2 days. They did not. When I called back another week later, I was informed the glasses would ship within 2 days. Believe me, they have no intention of meeting this deadline. EZ Contacts lies. Their customer service team is pathetic. Each time I called I was on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. I will never order another pair from them. This was my fault for trusting them.
I placed an order 42 days ago and was never contacted saying there was a delay. Kept calling over and over and they just kept telling me it was delayed and it would get out soon. Still hasn't shipped. Awful customer service and awful lead times. Stay far away!
I order some glasses ray bans for my son 9 years old, received an email has been delivered call them made a claim confirmed re ship address. Its been 2 weeks haven't herd back sent a bunch of emails and no response, I am so upset. Horrible service.

Ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses on 4/27, when I ordered it said 4-5 days to arrive and "in stock". Weeks pass by, nothing. I call and they tell me that the sunglasses will
Arrive by end of May. It's June 2nd, no sunglasses, no updates. The company is lying to their customers and should be reported. Look at the picture I attached, it still says the glasses I ordered are in stock and ready to ship. Where are they? If they do not arrive by tomorrow, I will request a refund. This is a bogus scam. This is also my second time this has happened. First time it was two pairs and over $500 was held for 2 months. Plain crap.
Ordered a pair of glasses which were stated to be in stock. Waited 2 months to get them because they then tried telling me there were no longer in stock, while the website still stated in stock! They charged my account right away and left me waiting. No one cared when I called to inquire regarding my order. Just terrible place and will never order from them again.

It's a hit or miss I like the sunglasses I got with the clear glass is way different than they did on the pictures no I paid extra for the good ones and they still flaked I'm not sure if I will order more
No haggle, unlike 1.800. Contacts. Who tries to charge you more then triple the amount. And the product is just as good. I'm done with them. EZ contacts is my new contacts provider.
Glass came in a timely manner and the were a great price. L would buy from here again if they had what I was looking for at a good price.
I decided with EZ. There were no hidden fees, the discount wasn't a mail in rebate, and shipping was free. My contacts arrived 4-5 days after purchase! Definitely impressed and will use EZ again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
