Bought the glasses. Took weeks to complete and ship. Then I purchased transitional lenses. The transition is so very slight I barley notice along with everyone else.
Comfor table beautiful glasses made perfectly for my eyes. Who could ask for more? Why use 100 characters when 50 or less will do?
We bought these for my 13-year-old, who plays baseball, and we are very pleased with them. My son loves the blue color, and the prescription seems accurate. They fit his face perfectly. Only complaint was that they took longer than expected to arrive, but perhaps because sports glasses are a little more complicated than regular glasses. But we're very happy now that they're here!
I paid for expedited shipping and received someone else's glasses. After that, it was one mistake after another. I ended up shipping the glasses to the other person (and her to me) at my own expense. I uploaded the receipt to be reimbursed and also asked for a refund on shipping and to get an email confirmation to that effect but heard nothing. Will never shop here again.
I was sent the completely wrong glasses and it took a very long time to ship out and they arrived 3 days after the delivery date. (I emailed to ask when they expected to ship, and all of a sudden they shipped the next day. I got an email saying I may or may not get the correct ones and that I should call and let you know once I get them). They were the wrong ones so I called. I was sent a return label and told my correct pair would ship out as soon as the tracking info was updated. 5 days later I still had not heard anything. I called again and she said she would make sure they shipped out that day. That was on Monday and it is now Wednesday and again I have not heard anything. Extremely dissatisfied.
When I first ordered my prescription I was very nervous. This was my first time ordering online something so important. I lost my first pair of Tory Burch frames and wanted the exact same ones for a discounted price. I assumed I would have to make either major or minor adjustments when I received my first online prescription lenses order. To my surprise they were perfect! I have nothing bad to say about them, I actually received a nice maintenance kit to go with it too. I'm still amazed and have been wearing my glasses proudly ever since!
I had a rather hard time tracking what happened to a pair of glasses I ordered and it took weeks and weeks to get them. The prices are good and the glasses are fine, but they need to up their customer service game.
I ordered glasses over a month ago and still have not received them. The website clearly states the glasses will ship within 2-3days, not true! Every time I call, the different customer service reps tell me my order will be shipped the following day, yet I still have not received my glasses. Each time I call I also ask to speak to a supervisor but they always tell me one is not available. I will never order from them again!
Ordering was simple. The glasses however did not ship out in their estimated time frame b/c the lab forgot to send them out. When I called Customer Service two weeks after the anticipated date, they identified exactly why I was calling, followed up with the lab, and got back to me quickly. Long wait to get help, but once connected, customer service was excellent, took quick action, and fixed the problem. Well-crafted glasses arrived a few days later. Also, I wish there was an opportunity to try on frames before ordering.
My prescription glasses arrived two weeks after purchasing, even though estimated time was one week. Upon receipt, the frames were bent. After several attempts to contact customer service by phone, waiting over thirty minutes at I time, I thought email would be more efficient. It wasn't. Response times averaged 2-3 days. I finally sent back glasses, and it's been over a week and I have still yet to receive my new lenses, or have been contact with an update.
My glasses came when expected and I was pleased to see that not only did it come with two cleaning tags but also an extra pair lenses. I am very happy with my Kate Spade Larianna eye glasses.
Card was charges instantly, week later call RE status of order was told it was on back order.
Received glasses after 3weeks from placing order
Great Products, Great Customer Service. I have made two orders so far from EZontacts and one of them was critical, I had the item shipped internationally and the timing was critical. The customer service representatives were very understanding and assured me they would be on top of my order, and they did. The item arrived right on time against all odds. They upgraded my shipment method without any additional fees so that they could meet the estimated arrival date.
I am happy about the frames and the service just very upset about the lens are not correct... I would like to return them to have the lens corrected.
Frames for the fraction of the cost and amazing customer service chat room! Every question that I had was answered in an efficient and through manner. My frames and lenses are top notch, too! This is my second purchase and I will be back for more.
I got the designer frames I wanted for less than 1/2 the price of Lens Crafters and the prescription reading lenses were free! Sweet!
The glasses are exactly what I ordered and they were a great price! But they took a little longer than expected. I wish there was a way to track the order better. My order was 'Processing' for a little over 3 weeks without any updates. Other than that I will definitely order from you again!
It took a month to deliver the glasses - when I asked for a tracking number - they told me the USPS was wrong not them - if you are in a hurry to get glasses - don't order from them.
Took a while but very satisfied. Overall I was pleased with my first purchase and customer service. Please don't force 100 characters it doesn't add to wanting to review a product or service.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
